A bit disappointed that the person at the front desk wouldn’t say hello or acknowledge me at check in, especially as I was the only person in the office. There was no greeting or eye contact made.

I absolutely love Dr. Sanders, he is a great cardiologist. I unfortunately moved and had to find a new cardiologist. I am writing this review because the staff I have worked with to try and get records has been horrible. I had to schedule an urgent appointment due to cardiac concerns where they wanted to compare results. I have called three times today and still do not have results. The first two times I was told they would be emailed to me. The third time I was informed I would need to sign a release. The individual asked for the doctors name and said she would fax records over. I asked for confirm and she said she would do it. When I called to confirm at my new cardiologist’s office, no records were received.
