I went into this location recently to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11 Pro. Preston and Jose did a great job making sure that I got the phone that I was looking for without having to drive to another location or order online. They were very helpful and courteous. This is also one of the cleanest and nicest AT&T stores I have been in. I would recommend going to this store as it is a corporate AT&T store and they provide great customer service and solutions. Thank you for your help.

I am very much satisfied with the customer service. I went there to replace my sim card. They were so nice and it took less than 5 min. Loved it!

Sent my grandmother in to this store for help because her iPhone was not responding. All they had to do was a hard reset to get the phone to be responsive. Instead they told her she needed to go all the way to the apple store or buy a completely new phone. It seems they are just lazy to do their job.

These guys are AWESOME! They helped me out with getting my new phone set up and were friendly and funny the whole time. GO HERE FOR YOUR CELL PHONE NEEDS! DO IT!

There were very helpful in getting a billing error straighten out. A letter to get thru to a good call center. Not one over seas.

My elderly mother got seriously taken advantage of by this store. They sold her an iphone, along with all kinds of accessories (case, pop socket, bluetooth speaker) when she clearly could not even figure out how to use it. After a month of having it and not even being able to figure out how to make or answer calls, she gave up and got a Jitterbug phone. She called to cancel her AT&T account, and they told her she needed to go to the store. So, she did, in November, and was told her account was closed. She paid off the balance of the phone while she was there, so that nothing more was owed. Now we find out she has still been being charged and billed, that account was never closed, and they say she still owes the remaining balance due on the phone, plus late fees. The manager, Preston, was rude and completely unhelpful, even saying he could not close her account for her, that he didn't "have the authority" to do so. I will be calling the BBB as well as telling everyone I know to avoid AT&T at all costs! What a scam! And definitely elder abuse!

The representative at the store heard exactly what I needed help with and took care of it perfectly and with a great attitude! He made sure to explain everything to me and he was very competent.

After a bad experience with the assistant manager, Cynthia the store manager redeemed our faith in customer service. She was very helpful in rectifying a billing issue. She was friendly and apologetic. And was able to help us Solve our issue, without a hassle.

Isidro diagnosed my concerns from the moment we were introduced to him, I felt confident with his knowledge of AT&T products in depth. He suggested multiple options which is always helpful when making decisions that will define your experience that might influence word of mouth, a purchase, as well as will we be back to maintain future business. Whether or not to continue a relationship as part of the AT&T network and a proud addition to the AT&T family. Yes, Yes, Yes. Thank you At&t and thank you Isidro. Keep doing what your doing so nothing gets ruined.

Martin and David where very helpful in setting up my husband and I for an upgrade. They told us about the deals they had and explained everything very well. We actually had a lot of questions and they where very patient with us. They even stay longer than there shift to finish up our upgrade process, even if they hadn’t, I still would write this because it was not necessary and there customer service was excellent. I really appreciate attentive and reliable service as they offered.

Just came in to get a cell phone charger & had to wait at least 35 minutes. I told them I wasn't going to be purchasing anything else or wasting time disputing any bills etc but wanted to get the cord I needed but then they charge an additional $10 for the plug in. They acted like I was cheap bc I didn't want to purchase both when all I needed was the cord.

First time back after a terrible experience a couple years ago. Isidro helped us. He was very personable, professional and gave good advice. I'm very pleased to feel comfortable using this location again.

My family uses this store as our go to, and we have since this store opened. I went in a couple months back, to buy a new phone. Nothing fancy, just wanted to get a new phone. Should have been easy right? I showed up to the store at 10: 15am, 15 minutes after they opened. There were two guys actually doing their jobs, and one woman looking like she was just trying to look busy. She walked out, looked right at me, then proceeded to press random keys on the keyboard of the computers around the store. She then walked go the back room and disappeared for almost 15 minutes. After about an hour, a few others people came into the store as walk ins as well. She put their names up on the list, BEFORE MINE, then p r.c proceeded to help them.

So a customer who has been waiting for over an hour, now has to sit there and watch as this woman, who is very rude I might add, helps someone who literally just walked in. She helped him, then apparently went on her break. I walked in there at 10: 15 and wasnt helped until almost 12: 30. Also I should point out, it took all of 5 minutes for the guy to get me the phone I wanted, me to pay, and me to leave. I was forced to wait for over 2 hours, for a 5 minute job, while being told, by that woman, that I spell my name incorrectly and whatever way she spells it, is correct, even though she blatantly misspelled it.

I'm sorry but until this woman learns to actually do her job, and use have some manners, I won't be returning to this store.

I just spent over 1 hour here at the store upgrading my phone. The store was empty so I didn’t have to wait at all. The person who helped me was attentive and knew how to help me immediately.

It was a snap- super easy to upgrade my phone. I sat around while my phone was restoring over them WiFi. During that time I was able to use my laptop on their WiFi and finish up some work.

All in all a good experience. I would recommend this store and the helpful staff if you are an AT&T customer.

Now if AT&T would upgrade their mobile towers in Tucson and add capacity around the entire city, this would be a 5 star review.

I must've been invisible because when I walked into this store: (1) none of the workers acknowledged me, (2) I sat down and almost fell asleep, (3) before I got up and walked to the employee myself. They put me on the list. But I did the next best thing by disappearing. Bad experience overall with customer service at this location.

Refused to take a trade in phone, even though I was told they would take it. I showed them I was military and told I would receive 15% off my bill in the future. Now I have to scan my ID and send online to prove it all over again. Pretty much a useless visit
