I tried for two hours to update the debit card info for my ATT account. Finally I drove to the AT&T store at Metro Center. I explained my problem to employee # 1 who then referred me to employee #2. When he found out I was prepaid he discarded me like yesterdays trash and walked away. I felt insulted. They stand at the door like a car salesman competing for the next customer. I walked towards my car and then returned to the employee and told him "you are the epitome of woke". I turned around and a young Hispanic man was holding the door, he laughed at me and said "you better get out of here". I responded or what you going to beat me up? I turned around and left. This is a group of young people that have no clue or people skills. When I got home I called hoping to speak to a manager but when I called the man that responded knew who I was. They must have all had a good laugh after I left. When I asked for the manager he said I am the manager. I asked "the store manager" and he said we are all managers here, I doubt that. It's a sad world.

Jessica at the Metro Center store in Phoenix, Az is one of the worst managers ever. She was rude, and because I said "I'm going to end up in the hospital, " she said that was a threat towards her. " because nothing but problems since day one with AT&T which was May 2022. Paying almost $1,000 for a phone and 4 months after I get my new phone I have to change it because it don't work. They send me a refurbished one even though it is stilll under warranty. How low can AT&T go? Once were done with AT&T we will never will go back.

Alexander was amazing at AT&T corporate store. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable about his job and the company he helped me solve my issues and take care of the problems I’ve been having for months with AT&T and save money. I would recommend anyone to this specific AT&T store because of him and ask for Alexander no matter where you are the drive is worth it. Thx Alexander for being great at what you do and so kind and helpful!

AJ and Jess were very helpful I had been having and issue with an account that couldn’t be resolve I had contacted customer service and couldn’t get helped until walking in to the store they were amazing and thankful they helped me resolve my issue.

Great place Steve helped us a ton. Letting us know the latest deals was very comfortable working with him and will forsure let my friends and family know about AT&T. Update Steve lied about multiple extra bills he says we wouldn’t get. Also I rarely have service

Alexander Prieto at the Metrocenter AT&T location was very professional with us and even offered multiple choices on what to do with my broken phone Id strongly suggest seeing Alexander at the Metrocenter AT&T location!

Andy was an amazing representative who helped me understand all the prices for Iphone 13 and was able to help a student and someone who is in a bind for money. He was patient and kind with me and was able to understand where I was coming from as for hard ships. He hooked me up with discounts to make sure I was taken care of.

I think everybody should go to the store on Peoria next to the mall they giving out the best deals and they’re pretty chill and laid-back I don’t even have to mention the service being clear these people are amazing check them out

We were having problems online and on the phone support but when we came in to have our problems resolved Irving did everything possible and us happy customers. It took about 3 hours to fix what the online and phone support did. Irving 2 thumbs up for you!

Alex was amazing. After spending 2 hours In Verizon with little help, we finally went over to A T & T. His service and knowledge was phenomenal. Alex set us up with the best deals. We checked T Mobile and came back. Alex was on lunch. Alex came right out anyways and even took his personal lunch time to finish helping us. I recommend to ask for Alex and join the amazing AT & T family.

Luis the manager was extraordinary. He took care of all my problems. He help me with everything I had. The team was friendly and cooperative. They really know how to treat people. Never going anywhere else.

Wonderful staff, I was able to be helped by Moe and they walked me through the entire process of getting a new phone fairly quick, they also answered all the questions I had. I hope you liked the sticker Moe! Will be returning to be helped by them in the future

I came into the AT&T location today 28drive and bell Dulce helped me out I had lost my phone very stressed out situation, however the experience here was awesome and her customer service was amazing! Thank you AT&T for having great employees

Eventually retail employees will be a thing of the past!
Staff was friendly but had to call, the store could not help: at least a chair was provided. I am not a happy customer with AT&T the other location did not take my cash so I called corporate. No problem. Then my service was disconnected with zero warning and it would not let me call It wanted me to pay over the phone would not let me talk to anyone and after hours of the run around my phone is on but nothing is resolved! Mediocre service and over priced/charged

Went to the AT&T by Metro Center, Erving and Steve were the best. They were very attentive with my family and knowledgeable on the products. We all walked out with newer devices and a lower bill. Highly recommend if you are trying to lower your cable and cell phone bill. Getting new devices was the perk.

Dulcet garcia is one of if the best person to go to go to with a any help. She stayed with me for 2 hours and is the most patient person I've met and if I need to go I will only talk to her. Great experience with her.

Amazing service was helped very professionally by Moe. Explained everything in detail I highly recommend. Just coming into the store I was nervous getting into a new phone plan but was helped so well that I walked out with new service n so happy thank u again so much Moe

EXCELLENT service! Irving was patient, took his time to find the perfect plan for me, my family, AND my business. He was very upfront about everything, diligent with the details and got everything done and more that I needed. Thank you, I will be referring people to him for sure!
