AT&T Store, Tucson AZ

I was charged 218 for my phone bill instead of 98. When i went to this store they told me it was a mistake and they will give me the credit for it and i will not be charged next month but just a run away for them i am charged again more then usual.

Bought a Galaxy A14 5G after my 10 year old Samsung quit working. This store and Trish were the absolute best. Today she came out to my car to sync the new phone.

Teion was amazing she went above and beyond was knowledgeable and walked me through every step of setting up my phone. Mauri was very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 top notch customer service!

Felt very welcomed as soon as I entered. Was approaches by Maury who asked how he may help me. He helped me with what I needed. Very understanding and knowledgable. Knew exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. New favorita At&t location. Will continue to come here

Arrived at 3: 00 p.m. The store was closed. A sign on the door saying we'll be right back. After waiting 20 minutes decided to leave without paying my phone bill. Apparently I'm their definition and mine of right back different significantly.

The AT&T worker was so helpful and gave an amazing service. I didn’t get to catch the name of the worker, but he was super helpful and kind. I had absolutely no problems with this store and their workers. Absolutely amazing service!

Just selling, they don't want to service your after you already paid.bad service experience.

I went to two AT&T stores yesterday to get a new phone. The first store I went to didn’t have what I wanted and the sales associate was quite horrible to deal with. He was extremely unprofessional and lacked compassion. He just tried to sell me internet and cable, which was not what I came in for. He clearly didn’t care about helping me. He wouldn’t even call another store in the area to see if they had what I was looking for. So, I went to another store and thank God I did. That’s where I met an incredible woman named Teion. She was happy to help me and get me exactly what I wanted. Teion was extremely knowledgeable, caring, respectful, professional, and overall THE BEST associate I’ve encountered at AT&T. I really appreciated her transparency. I find that very important! I also appreciated the way she cared for her job, helping others, and the time she took to go through everything with me. Teion is a model employee! She was a true joy to work with. I really appreciated all that Teion did for me yesterday. I am so happy that she took care of me and got me everything I was looking for. Thank you Teion! You are amazing! Five star review for you!

The At&t store clerk was very knowledgeable about cell phones and helped me right away. She gave me the best deal for two phones, good going At&t you guys did great.

Matthew is a great people person. He took the time to make us very comfortable with our new phones. He answered all of our concerns & questions. We will send all of our friends & family to that store. We were very satisfied with Matthew.
