The process of upgrading my phone was easy, but next time I will choose a different store. After upgrading my phone, I got a notification that a $17/month protection plan was added to my account, which I did NOT authorize. So, I guess if you choose to go to this store be advised to check your bill afterwards or you’ll be paying more than you should be. Not very trustworthy.

Way to go, Gerardo! I'll never forget the time when I was at ATT to buy a birthday phone for my mother only to realize her birthday was the day before and I was never going to hear the end of it for forgetting my mother on her birthday! Gerardo ran eastwards so fast that the Earth spun the opposite direction, turning back time and allowing me to buy the new phone and get it to my Mom with plenty of time to spare! Gerardo even upsold me some amazing AirPods that work with moms hearing aids! The neighbors are also thankful because she doesn’t have to yell when she’s on the phone with Benny Hill prayer lines at 3am anymore. I went in at 5: 30pm and left by
11: 30am the previous day! Great service!

Was very helpful and did everything they could to help me I really want to thank geranlo he was so amazing he made sure I got the best service and the best phone he helped me upgrade and was super fast I will definitely be referring people to this location keep up the good work guys

You're the best, Gerardo. I remember when I came in last Sunday, the Lord's Day, to buy some new screen protectors and Samsung buds for my whole family. Geraldo rang us up in a flash! He magically put all 6 screen protectors on AT THE SAME TIME! Gerardo bagged our items so fast the first bag melted, he was nice enough to double bag it at no extra charge. Not to mention he saved my life with the Heimlich maneuver when I started choking on a pepperette while walking back to my car. Great job, Gerardo!

Horrible customer service, they lie and scam you, and then the insurance is garbage, especially when they send you refurbished phones that are screwed up. I can't wait to switch to another carrier ASAP. DO NOT COME TO AT&T. PERIOD.

I recently transferred over 180 work cell phones to ATT from two other phone carriers my company was using because I thought it would be better all around. I thought the customer service and the service alone would be amazing. We’ll I finally upgraded my work cell phone and received it Friday. I was told by our account manager that I could walk into an ATT store as an option to get my new phone set up. Since I was switching from iPhone to Samsung I wanted to make sure everything was transferred over. I walked in yesterday morning and the young man that greeted me was the same person who mentioned he couldn’t help me. He advised me to get a cord to transfer my data. I thought this is what customer service and account reps could do. I went to Best Buy to buy a cord to set up the transfer and I still cant set my phone up and for some reason I can’t make calls. Needless to say ATT customer service in store isn’t the best. Maybe that young man was having a bad day. Regardless, I won’t be going back. I was thinking of switching over my three personal phones to ATT but I think I’ll stick with Verizon.

Ordered a watch on Tuesday and the associate in store put in the wrong shipping address for THE STORE! Fedex can't deliver it because the address provided is UPS! ATT has shipping restrictions on the package and therefore I cannot go pick it up from Fedex or change the shipping address due to the restrictions. The store has not assisted in getting this fixed and customer service refused saying the store has to do it.
**Edit to add, the Regional Manager reached out and has provided me with more help than anyone else I have talked to in the countless hours and many phone calls I have made to ATT customer service. She is helping me to actually resolve this instead of saying oh well this is on you. Appreciate her so much!

Received terrible customer service here. Nick, the manager, here was no help at all. And Lorenzo just wanted to make a sale. He promised he would help me the next day, and as I walked in the following day, Nick said he had the day off. When I asked Nick if he could help me, he said "No"! I wouldn't recommend this store or buying a cellphone from this location. I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. I considered changing over to Verizon after this experience and reported Nick to the corporate office. Terrible customer service. Shop somewhere else.
