I went in last week to switch phones, and was nervous that the process would be a complicated expensive one. I was helped by Kyle and Kailyn (I think I spelled that right?). Their knowledge and patience made the process seemless. I'll only be coming to this store from now on for my phone needs. Thank you two!
Man, I have never experienced the level of customer service that I received from Kyle and Kailyn. Like most, I hate phone issues and getting a new phone. When I went in there Kyle walked me through step by step and was extremely patient with me. He got me a phone case and screen protector with my phone as well! I will definitely be back soon!

Ali & Tink & Kyle I just wanted to thank these three although it took a little a bit of time only cause my phone screen was broken they muscles through ams got me a new iphone transferred my number moved ally contacts email and helped a load of customers handing odd phones to each other when they got stuck working as a great team. Terrible customer service, the female heavy set manager got a case of the rudeness whenever you ask her a question. And it don't suits the tone it came out. She was supposed to call me to update me on what was going on. She didn't call me for 3 days. And then when I got there and I said well. Why didn't you call me? She says just have a seat or you can go somewhere else. This store has nothing but rude employees.
AT&T drops a lot of calls. Most of the time people on the other line can't hear me phone only rings three times and if you don't Catch it. It goes to voicemail we miss a lot of calls
A few months late, but I've been meaning to write this review as I was so pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service that I received from a salesman named, Will. It was very busy in the store, yet he made me feel like I was a priority. ATT might cost a bit more than competitors, but the others never made me feel appreciated.
Went in because the back glass of my cellular device is broken, the store manager Will did a excellent with helping me out with lower my plan as well as letting me know about an offer for AT&T customers. Will was very thorough and very easy to understand.
The person that took care of my upgrade and trade-in was Trenton. I can't say enough about what a great asset you have in him. The store was very crowded and he handled multiple issues and resolved everyone's issues unbelievably fast and he was very pleasant.
Cristy was amazing! She was patient, kind, and walked me through everything she was doing to help me understand the best choice for my plan. I hope you see this! She always has a smile on her face and makes the long process of upgrading seem like we were only there for 5 minutes
Store Rep was able, but seemed more interested in herself than us. Complained about us purchasing phones from a Rep that answered the local phone number of the exact store we were in - rather than coming to the store to buy them. From a Customer's point of view, we didn't know there was a difference. How AT&T pays its staff should never be OUR problem. Made us feel very unwelcome. That's what you get when you structure your business like a Mercenary outfit.
And fyi - we will look elsewhere next time we need phones - the 'In-Store' experience was that bad.
So the overall store is pretty decent. Never had any real issues. Went in recently and had amazing customer service experience from Will. He answered my questions. Handled my product issues. And I had a screen protector that had seen better days. Will did a fantastic job putting the new one on perfectly. Good experience.
The store is as helpful as they can be and nice, however AT&T as a whole & as a cell company is extremely poor, the worst cell service I have had in 20 years of having cell phones. Will be switching providers
The manager at this store, Will Andrews, is a scammer. If you lose your phone to the lake he will not sell you another phone, only another plan, against the ATT cooperate policy. He is trying to open more accounts. Be careful going to this store once they have your information they will use it for fraud.
Cristy was a God send! Not going into details, I had been thru the ringer from another Co. She was kind, calm and professional. I got exactly what I needed nothing more or less. We ran into a few snags but Cristy was tenacious to say the least, and remained very pleasant the whole time. ATT, you hit the jackpot with Cristy. Thank you so much!
