16 Terrible location. The manager Ernesto has very bad and unprofessional customer etiquette. I was having an issue with my account and he avoided me multiple times. I called the store multiple times and asked for Ernesto to call me back since he is the only manager and never I received a call back to help with the problem on my account. Ended up calling 611 which they were more than happy to help.
Do not go to this location save yourself time. This was a 5 month ongoing issue for me and all because the manager Ernesto did not want to take responsibility and help with an issue on my account he created in the first place.
They will sugarcoat everything for you to either upgrade or buy just so they can get their commission.
We went to this particular store for business plan so they told us about the plan and we ordered 3 phone. After that we wait for almost 2 months but still phone not shipped which could be ok but the thing is we got increased bill every time comparatively they guys told us about business plan of 4-5 lines. They added lot of additional services without our consent.
Whenever we go back to this store for this issue or any issue they guys clearly denied to help as said we don’t know and we cannot do anything call to 611.
I never recommend to anyone to go there. Worst ever service
My friend returned a phone because sucks signal and a month after they still charging her even if she canceled. They steal people money and disrespect them.
Biggest regret was getting a phone with this company. I returned the phone after a few days because of the horrible service and I still got charged the monthly bill of 147 dollars they wouldn't give the money back and now I'm being charged again for the bill. They are so unprofessional they had actually told me to go through my bank to get the money back. I'm still dealing with them weeks later extremely frustrating.
Fast talking sales guys that will say whatever it takes to make the sale and add additional stuff to your order. Nothing turned out to be as simple or inexpensive as he explained it.
Jen was absolutely wonderful, professional and engaging! I shared with her that my brother who is deaf needed to unlock his phone, unfortunately we were unable since I did not have the information of the main account holder. However, there were other options she suggested and again patient and kind that she is we hit road blocks. Although, nothing could be done I greatly appreciate all the efforts that Jen put in to assist my brother and I. THANK YOU so much Jen for all your assistance, kindness and your patience!
Jen was very helpful I had a lot of questions regarding the phone I wanted to purchase and she was very patient with me.
This is going to be the location I always use from now for any service or purchases. They make you feel like family here and not just try to finish up and get you out. Especially Nick, he is the main reason I will be coming here even if I move! 10/10 service, 10/10 professionalism, and 100/10 friendliness.
I've called this location twice and gotten Hassan, He has been AMAZING. He has helped me with far more than i originally called for which is great because i usually have no idea what's going on with my phone.
That Christian is a fantastic employee. Very friendly and very professional. I came in to buy a new phone and switch carriers and he had answers to most of my questions before we even got started with the process. Definitely felt like I was taken care of and got the most out of my time there. Promote that man immediately
