So far so good, management got me in super quick. Price isn't bad at all for what you get. I enjoy my apartment super quiet mostly. They are doing some construction on the roof which starts super early but not something I am going to complain about. Everybody complains about the parking, but it really isn't that bad honestly, I paid for cover parking but typically there are spots open when I drive in. They are currently replacing carpets in the hallway so that's good. The security at this place is also good cameras and keyless entry is nice. So, all and all right now they get 5 stars after living here for a month.

I have had such a great experience living at Audere for almost 4 years now! It is such a great location, with friendly staff, a great and fast maintenance crew and nice amenities! I definitely recommend living here!

Been Living here for about 8 months and it’s only going downhill. Management is only concerned about themselves and not the tenets. They are all Fake to you once moving in on how great it is, but once a Tenet the true colors come out. The trash service is a SCAM! They are quick to fine you but its ok for them to forget to pick up your trash multiple times and its oh I'm sorry we will reach out. They love to fine you $75. You already pay $35 a month on top of rent. The appliances in your unit break down more than wanted or needed. Half your burners don’t work or only have one setting high, Ice machine doesn’t work at all and gives off a brown tint to your ice. I’ve just given up because they don’t fix the problem. Maintenance is great but its like they want you to move out after your lease to hike up the rent when in reality they have more open units because no one will pay the prices they are asking for what you get. It’s sad That I have to write this review but future residents should know what they will be dealing with for the high price in rent for LUXURY Rentals…. The spa was broken form the time I moved in October 2022 to about May 2023.

As I am writing this review, I am still standing outside 21 minutes later at 4: 31 on a Monday. There’s a post-it on the door that says “on break BRB”.
How are guests supposed to get inside this building if the resident is unavailable by phone? Absolutely bonkers that there’s no code or key to get inside. Technology lost here guys. Find a way to let others inside the building (securely). Or code your phone number to the gate so if there’s a need or god forbid an emergency, someone can get in.

JaiDa the property manager and her staff are absolutely amazing. The communication is impeccable. There’s quick responses, updates about the community are always sent out in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with living in this community! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in Phoenix. Parking is a little tough, highly recommend a car port or garage! You won’t regret is in the summer months!

Thank you Audere for all that you do!

Update: property management has been questionable. Most of the amenities don’t work and aren’t clean. The pool tiles have very obvious signs of not being cleaned in quite some time.

They raised our prices after not having a hot tub for almost 6 months, we have no pool furniture. None of the misters work and if they work they’re never on. The furniture is all broken and pointless for it to be even out there. We have pests all over even though our amenities include pest control. First time in three years that I had to kill cockroaches inside my apartment. Just gross.

I recently renewed, it's my 7th year living in and I have had the greatest experience! It feels good living somewhere that management actually cares about you. The apartments are beautiful and a delight to call home. The staff that works in the building from the management to maintenance, could not be more kind and helpful. Whatever problem I come across, whether I have a question with the amenities or I need help, they are more than happy to assist! They are friendly and knowledgable. The staff at Audere always go above and beyond to try and make our living here the best experience possible.
Let me tell you. Brandy, the property manager is the best EVER!

My family and I've lived here for over 5 years now. Since day 1 Audere has been great. The manager of the leasing office and the maintenance staff are super nice and friendly - always willing to help when needed.

I have seem myself how our leasing manager walks around the property making sure things are clean and properly working. Can't say that about other places I have lived before Audere.

The pool is super nice and for the most part always quiet, so it's great for a lazy weekend when you just want to go read a book or grill out.

The hallways and the outside areas are always well kept and clean. We have two dogs and it's great to see baggies always available so it's very rare when you see any messes outside.

The location is great, you are 5 minutes away from the Biltmore, 10 from downtown and maybe 3 from Trader Joe, Whole Foods and Fry's. Also same distance from great restaurants and a movie theater.

Finally overall the place have always felt safe for us. This was very important as we started to grow our family. The only reason we are moving out is because we are relocating to a different state if not we would have renewed our lease and stayed here a couple more years.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please listen to all the other reviews when they say Brandy is the WORST apartment manger EVER. She is rude, non-responsive, hostile, slanderous & a gaslighter. I have never been treated so poorly as a resident simply because, I had concerns about the trash pile up, gates being constantly broken, the doors into the building being broken & not wanting others to park in my parking spot. I’m so happy I moved out of this place to somewhere MUCH better (even though Brandy tried to stop that which is VERY weird behavior)! This places only saving grace is their maintenance team. They do not care about their residents and care more about the pools rules than anything. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere nicer, way cheaper and not managed by Banner Apartments.

Overall beautiful apartments and good neighbors my biggest complaint is that parking is horribly structured. Don’t plan to have overnight visitors because their cars will be towed.

This place sucks. My insurance policy hasnt changed but they have now fined me twice and refuse to reverse it. Just a typical corporation. No customer service. No regard for human error. Honestly why would anyone live here.

Really nice apartments, but parking is a hassle - if you have visitors good luck trying to find a spot. They tow at anytime of the day, and then tell you to park in the street if you’re visiting but don’t specify where. Garbage service is great but they don’t allow you to throw anything big or else they charge. Front office staff never has a clear or consistent answer - management doesn’t seem to help front office ever and they charge you for an excessive amount for pool bracelets.

Management is more worried about enforcing pool rules than taking care of the cockroaches all over the complex. Not to mention the lack of support in the office.

I would give my actual unit 5 stars, but my overall experience with the management of this complex doesn’t deserve the 1 star I gave. The leasing agents are very unprofessional and aggressive that it’s caused me to feel too uncomfortable to even go in there and/or address issues if I have them. I’ve never experienced someone in their “professional setting” throw their arms up in the air and raise their voice at you, a paying resident of the building, until I met brandi.
Any problem I’ve had here they’ve basically told me to F off, for the amount of money I pay to live here it’s super unfortunate.

Over time I've met some of my neighbors, overall nice people. However, when asked to renew their lease, their rent is hiked super high, which causes them to move. Then when they're unable to rent the unit they reduce the price to same price the prior tenant had. So there's a lot of needless turnover in the building caused just by management greed. The property managers in particular Sam is very nice when you interested in moving in, but not so much after you a tenant, at which point now you're a problem. I guess they must be on a lucrative bonus structure because of the unit turn over and the fake personalities when you first move in. Also, sometimes I work late and 3 times a week I have to shut the front gate because its propped open, sometimes the internal doors are left open by using a rock or a trash can, late at night. So the complex security is very lacking. The landscape is also on its last legs, with drip irrigators working on bare ground. This is the type of complex where they're just squeezing out every dollar they can with little reinvestment into the property. The only nice thing about this place is the maintenance crew is polite, nice, and efficient. If you're looking to move in know you'll only be here 1 year, cause the gals need their bonus money.
