Service was very prompt and getting in touch with my service advisor during the visit was a breeze. The video I received showing the recommended repairs was the cherry on top of an overall pleasant experience.

I requested a check on a pre-sense/ adaptive cruise control malfunction. Got a timely appointment. Service advisor was Jessica Lancaster. She made sure I understood the problem & the fix recommended by master mechanic. A diagnostic video was very helpful. Problem was resolved, in 3 hours. Cost was reasonable. I recently moved to Tempe. Happy to find an Audi service I can trust. Very pleased to be assisted by Jessica. Thank you.

I recently had an incredibly positive experience with Jessica Lancaster and the service department at Audi Chandler and I thought I would provide some feedback.

I recently purchased a used 2020 Audi A7 which has a 48v mild hybrid system. The car has been a joy to own, but in December the car died and seemed to be suffering from an electrical failure. I called Audi Chandler and Jessica Lancaster was quickly assigned to me. I delivered the car to Jessica and she provided me with a 2023 Audi Q5 loaner and the promise that while the part I needed was on backorder that she would keep me informed.

The part took a while to get in due to a national shortage of it, but once it arrived it was promptly installed and a full diagnostic check was performed. Jessica was very responsive along the entire process and quite frankly, she was an absolute joy to work with.

The car was delivered cleanly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Things like this recall and part failure happen from time to time, but I am extremely satisfied with how Jessica and her team handled it for me.

The only location that i go to now. I have been to Gilbert and it was a horrible experience. But the chandler location is amazing and all the staff are really helpful especially Moises Hernandez he makes the process very easy and explains everything well.

I highly recommend the Audi car service department! The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide top-notch service. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and equipped with the latest technology. I have always received prompt and courteous attention from the staff, and my car is always returned in excellent condition. I have complete confidence in their ability to properly maintain my vehicle, and I wouldn't trust it to anyone else.

This was probably the best experience with Audi I have ever had. My service advisor was Jessica Lancaster and she was the sweetest most helpful person. It was my first time coming to this service location to fix my car, and Jessica made the process very quick and enjoyable.

Had a very professional experience with Audi of Chandler. Jessica Lancaster (service advisor) was very professional and helpful. I got a brand new loaner and my car was done the very next day by Noon.

Brought my Q5 in for an oil change and a brake flush. My free vehicle inspection turned up a few, not so free, mechanical issues. Al Rizzo went over the findings with me and it was agreed upon, that the issues needed immediate action. Front brakes and a four wheel alignment later, the car runs great. Thanks for exceeding my expectations. There is no price when it comes to safety. But a 10% discount doesn’t hurt! Thanks again.

I dropped my Audi off at 7: 15 am. Was told it would not take longer than 4-5 hours. I didn’t get my car back until 9 hours later. Wasn’t offered a loaner car when I made the appointment, which would have made the 9 hour wait doable because I am a self- employed traveling LMT and need a car to work. So, I had to cancel on all my clients I had scheduled that day due to staff members at Audi Chandler telling me it would not take more than 4-5 hours. It wasn’t until I called 2-3 times asking why it wasn’t finished that I realized they hadn’t even started servicing my car yet. I am tired of the treatment I get at Audi. When it comes to being a woman that owns an Audi, in my experience, staff members put me in the back of the line and seem to put the male clients first in fear of men getting aggressive and women just putting up with the horrible treatment and bad customer service towards women. How am I going to be the very first customer to drop my car off at the dealership, yet the last to pick it up? It took 9 hours to get it back to me? There is no other explanation than them putting other customers before me. The least they could do is tell me BEFORE my service day, that it will take all day, so I can plan accordingly. I will definitely not buy another Audi car again solely because the Audi Customer Service has been so bad. This has happened at 2 of the 3 locations I have went to in the 1 year of owning my Audi, that I paid off fully the day I picked it up. The only time I wasn’t made to wait all day, was in Utah when I sat in the lobby waiting. They changed my oil and serviced my entire car in literally 2 hours, no longer. I have the receipts and the video of what they did, so I know it was the exact same services that I got done here in chandler. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason the chandler location should have taken 9 hours to do what the Ogden location did in 2 hours. I’m totally over Audi. It’s a shame because I wanted to buy another one after I bought my first one because the car itself is great. But, I will not support a company that makes me feel like I do not matter and doesn’t treat their customers with first come first served mentality. I will be buying a BMW instead because I’ve been doing research and they are known for wonderful customer service, especially with female customers.

I walked in to the service center to make an appointment since I was driving close to that area. My car was getting a warning every other day.
The person in charge Moises received my car and right at that moment got a loan vehicle. One day later my car was ready!

I use Jessica as my service advisor. She is great, we'll organized and looks out for your wallet - doesn't try to push anything on you. The facility seems well organized and would definitely recommend.

Had factory recommended maintenance.it was easy to schedule the appointment online, fast drop off and time to get loaner car. My car was ready within a few hours. It was truly a seamless experience and everyone was super nice and professional!

I had a factory software update on the camera system of my Audi e-tron GT, I was given a loaner vehicle and service was completed just over 24 hours. The car was given a point inspection while the car was there and there were no issues found. I received car back washed.
