I had them replace a handful of windshields over a couple year span. Once I needed them to do their "no cost chip repair" things soured on their end. They initially wanted to charge my insurance, when I pushed back since it was supposed to be "free" with their warranty they made it extremely difficult to schedule. I finally gave up, which is, I'm sure, their intent.

When they called back a few months later to see if I had any other damage (so they could sell me a new windshield) I asked to be removed from their list. For the past two years or more I continue to receive calls, when I ask to be removed they generally laugh and hang up and then call right back or just hang up.

I've filed numerous complaints with the Do Not Call Registry as they are violating federal law.

Just today Nick called yet again, and under the guise of wanting to schedule an appointment at their location I was able to get their address and cross reference "The Auto Glass Shop" (the name they give out) to this business. Back to filing DNC complaints again.

Great customer service, speedy but quality installation. Will definitely be back. We appreciate you guys!

What can I say there's plenty of different auto glass companies to pick from one of these guys have been consistently and marketing their business to two people that can appreciate a really good quality install so I looked at the reviews I did some research and I came to the conclusion that this auto glass company here is one so I'm gonna go with it being in Phoenix I'm in all honesty cracked my glass three times on average a year so find the right company that I can truly trust is 100% important to me

This company is HORRIBLE! They did a crummy job on my windshield. They left my jeep messy with broken glass on the interior and on my driveway. Glass in the driver and passenger seats is not safe! They also broke the door frame on my Jeep and refuse to fix it! I’m filing a claim with my insurance company so they can go after them. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY FLY BY NIGHT SCAMMING COMPANY! BEWARE!

The “gift card” these people offer is really one of those free food order coupons you get in the mail. What a scam.

They damaged my window trim then they cut me a check for $250 which is basically a slap in the face! It costs $500 PLUS TAX to replace both sides. Can't order just one side and the parts are on back order but they are available which they said were not. Lied to me to keep me quiet. Horrible business practices!

This place is a rip off they destroyed my bmw. Geico had to fix it and bill this company. They ripped and destroyed my $600 glass trim. On top of this they ignored me for weeks and they forgot to strip the top of the glass so they did it at my house. And scratched the glass Installing the window strip I can go on and on I can I could probably write a full page but I already spent enough time on this review and the more time I spend on it the more times are wasting of mine just stay away stay away

Did not give me the money offered for using them to replace my windshield. When I called about it they did nothing to rectify it. As a matter of fact the “hilarious” woman on the phone said she’s “sorry I’m having a bad day! ” Like no, I’m not having a bad day I’m just calling about money I didn’t get and I’m not about the BS. Just so your company and potential customers know you just ripped off a single mother who has a toddler and another son fighting AML who just went through bone marrow transplant. So congrats on being a terrible person Brianna. Awful customer service and reprehensible business practices. 10 out of 10 do not use. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company as well. I love the someone will contact me soon response…5 days later still no response. Super fast to claim it’s not how you do business but apparently it is exactly how you do business
