Just about a month ago I purchased my 2011 Ford f250 gas from autohall. The truck has been everything I was hoping it would be and pulls my trailer for work wonderfully.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

I went in hoping to purchase a light duty diesel he had on the lot. The truck was in perfect condition upon deep inspection. He was completely okay with me getting the truck to operating temp and doing a full in depth test drive and look through. We were unable to reach a deal, but I will certainly be looking for trucks on his lot in the future.

This was a new experience for me. I found a used car salesman, who is good with customers. He gave us a great deal on a 2010 truck, and took care of all the paper work, title, and 2 year plate. He also tested it at emissions, and offered to pay for the new windshield it needed. This was a great experience, and Darren and his partner, were very nice, polite. I would go here first, before messing with all the other bait and switch tactics they use. I been up and down every start from Mesa to Chandler.they are ALL over priced, high milage pos. Just so you all know, I got a 2010 otd for $5900. Who? Seriously who in this city has deals like that?

Found a truck I was interested in at Auto Hall and was happily suprised at the customer service! The owner, Darrin, was polite and patient in answering all of my questions. As a woman who has had not-so-pleasant car buying experiences in the past, the atmosphere here is very "normal" and I never once felt pushed around or treated less than. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I ended up purchasing a solid, clean Dodge truck that I am very happy with, and I would absolutely buy from here again. Transparent business and the entire paperwork process took no more than an hour. I still can't believe it was so seamless and easy; my previous experiences at larger dealerships felt like they took all day!

Darin is just a typical salesman. He will sell you a bad vehicle and smile about it. Also they went back on there deal and didnt finish work they set up. Don't bother with this place.
Edit. Took the tires off and the sway bar end links are completely snapped and disconnected riding against my brake lines. The brake pads were so worn the backs had nothing there anymore.

Update I have had continuous problems with the car electrical system. I have taken it to four different shops including the dealership and have paid almost the price of the car. Was going to my inlaws for mothers day and car was dead again. Original review: Was looking for a newer vehicle with good AC for when I eventually have to restart my 1.5 hour drives back to the office. I found Auto Hall online and found a 2013 Chrysler 200 with a decent amount of miles on it. I checked the CarFax and did some research and found the price was a good deal. I contacted Daron thought text and we went back and forth with details over the phone. I had been planning on buying a vehicle cash, since I had a previous repossession on my record, but Daron was able to work out financing so not only could i work on my credit, but I was able to get an extended warranty for maintenance on the vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend Auto Hall to buy your vehicle
