ADS are very professional and they explain things in a way that non car enthusiasts can understand. They check-up by calling you about the service done on your car. Also they don't pressure you if there's a recommended service to get it done. You are treated as a friend not just a job.

I limped my vehicle into the Phoenix area, I was in town for work and stranded, on top of that I had appointments to keep and need to leave town again in just a few days. They were excellent, getting me in right away and they had my vehicle back on the road in less that 48 hours after significant repairs. I was very impressed with everything and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and Mr. Tim Thompson told me upfront what the cost estimate is going to be around like 5 minutes after I pulled in. They even stayed after their closing time on Friday (which I know I HATE to do) to make sure I was able to take my truck home for the weekend.

ADS was amazing and they were quick at what they do, and they found the solution on my 09' Chevy Silverado very fast. I have been going to them for years with different vehicles, and they are always courteous, professional, and excellent at actually listening to what you say. How many places can you say that about? Ryan recently helped me with issues I had with two different cars in our family. You can go somewhere else, or you can get it fixed right the first time at ADS.

This shop is the best car repair operation I have dealt with in 40 years of driving! I have entrusted my 2010 Mustang GT to their care since purchasing it and they are always honest and provide excellent advice and service. They recently took my car in for vibrations in the front end, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and didn't charge me a dime! Unbelievable. My service rep is Ryan Graham-he is simply awesome!
