Recently had some work done. Everyone was fantastic at service. Kiara was a massive help and communicated with me every step of the way. 10 out of 10 recommend

Called to ask for a coolant fluid check on my vehicle due to my husband being in the hospital. Since I wasn't a "regular" customer, I was told it would be a week and a half even though at the time their website said stop in anytime. Of course, since I brought that up, that has since been changed! Little did they know my husband and I were looking to buy a new Chevy Traverse. We won't be buying from this dealership.poor customer service.

Disappointed to say the least.
Only one key for truck. Manager said he would order one, no key two weeks later.
Windshield cracked, manager promised to replace. Still no new windshield.
Truck was dirty and smell inside was awful. They said they would detail. They didn’t.
No Windsheild washer fluid, completely empty. Not sure when they say Auto Nation certified means… if they didn’t check Windsheild fluid, what else did they not check.
Never again will I buy from autonation. Big disappointment.

Had a service done recently here. Can’t remember the guys name he was newer but super cool guy and was able to get me out sooner than expected. Dealerships can be a pain sometimes but AutoNation Chevy in Gilbert is one of the good ones

I do not recommend this dealer, the manager told me that it was pre-approved by a bank and that he would call me the next day. I was waiting for the call and nobody called me. I went to the dealership and the manager (Justin) it was his day off. I was calling the salesman (Humberto) and he did not answer my calls, nobody gave me any answer.and they continued running the credit. I had to come back to tell them to stop running the credit. I had to go to another dealership where they approved me with no lies.

I have given you guys such a low rating because every time I make an appointment. You guys never tell me how long the wait will be for that specific service. Never get straight answers out of y’all either, Always having to play phone tag. I don’t like wasting gas to come to you guys than getting told that I will have to wait such and such time. You guys need to get better at giving information over the phone.

Repairs took longer than originally expected, but I had it back when it was needed. The service department rep was good to talk to.

My fiancé and I bought a used truck from them. They sold us a warranty which did not cover this vehicle. Well the differential went out on it and many things went wrong. I had to replace one of the tires at almost $600. Then I had to get a rental (which the warranty was also supposed to cover) another $436. They told me they would buy the truck back because the repairs were going to be so much and that they would take care of the bills I incurred. Well I ended up having to trade it for another vehicle and not able to get all the warranties that I wanted. They also told me that once I do a survey that comes from Chevy with all good reviews they will only reimburse me then for the tire and car rental. I was also told we would get a call from one of the managers to work out something for losing one of the warranties that included oil changes. I haven’t gotten that call and it’s been a week.

Kassandra was so helpful and nice but the mechanic seemed like he didn’t know how to fix my car and the communication from him was not helpful because i was not told much

One of the best experiences ever at a car dealer. Emilio was informational not pushy. He respected that we needed time to process our decision and yet was available even when we were not at the dealer to answer our questions. Appreciate everything that he did for us.

We just recently purchased a van from Max who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was super patient while I checked out every nook and cranny of the vehicle. He was really attentive and made the entire process so easy. We ended up financing through the dealership and worked with Robert who was absolutely incredible. He got us the best deal and put us in the best situation for purchasing a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for your purchase!

Our sales person was great! He was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. When I came to financing we had a ok experience we ended up finding our own finance to get a better rate then when we went back to the dealership they claimed we could get an even better rate 1% less than what we had. But it never happened. The finance person walked out and immediately came back and said it was a no go. It honestly felt like after we declined the gap coverage and bumper to bumper he was no longer interested in gettting us a better rate. Really disappointing since rates are so high right now so every little bit helps.

I brought my vehicle here because my air was not working. They not only were prompt to look at it but also very good with communicating with me at every step. I was always informed of what was going to happen and what was going on. They were very prompt and courteous. Very much appreciated their customer service

I would like to express how great my experience was here at Chevrolet Auto nation, as soon as we arrived we were greeted and offered water (it’s Arizona so it’s hot) then Zack Mauch proceed to help us, and after dealing with buying a car for my husband with the people at Subaru of camelback (they were awful) I was so thankful for Zack and Nick Bifano the finance representative for how awesome and patient and willing to work with us. 10/10 I definitely recommend

The salesman and finance man were very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and they made it a very comfortable and an easy experience. I have always bought Chevrolet and will continue in the future.

Was traveling through Gilbert when I had problems with my tire the work was completed promptly and I was back on the road quickly
