17Scott Evans was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He provided an ETA, my vehicle was done before. I was very happy.
Very disappointed. Several issues:
1) the new overseas phone reservation is tedious and exhausting.
2). My appointment was at 10 am, my car wasn’t even moved into the service bay until 11 am and only because I complained.
3). There are signs posted about supporting cancer in the lobby. I am currently receiving chemotherapy and the lack of concern for the extreme time delay was infuriating. 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. No thanks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Wife took her car there, staff totally professional. I was worried it would cost me a arm and leg, but, they repaired issues on the spot, offered to help in the future and I still have all my parts.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was billed for both, but when I went to my vehicle I noticed the tires were not rotated. This was obvious because there is a small gouge on one of the wheels and that wheel was still in the same position as when I brought the vehicle in for service. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled. This really makes me question what else is done (or not done) in this maintenance shop. Are they actually performing the work you are paying for, or are they just ripping people off? They offered me a free car wash for the error which is unsatisfactory in my opinion. Chapman Honda gives you a free car wash with every service. To make matters worse, I inquired about getting an interior tear fixed and a wheel fixed a few months ago. To date, these issues have still not been resolved.
Had a great experience as a first time car buyer. Due to low car inventory nation wide, because of the chip shortage I was worried I wasn’t going to find the car I wanted. I was fortunate to find a pre-owned 2021 Toyota RAV4 I worked with Joe Gonzales my car salesman and he made everything work smoothly. Also the general manager of the facility Paul Peranzi, genuinely wants the best fit of a car for you all within your price range. The financial manager Richie was bilingual which was perfect since my co-signer was primarily Spanish speaking. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.
Excellent serves, easy process. We knew what we wanted and they just had to work on the paperwork.
I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for my oil change. I told the man handling my service it was a long wait and he said "your preaching to the choir"!
Had battery/alternator problem. Got appointment the next day.
Only took an hour in and out with the problem resolved.
I was very nicely welcomed at the service desk by Tredell. Had the oil changed and an all points inspection. They also reset the compass and clock time, which I'd been trying to figure out. Tredell added a 10% price discount for my new battery, without being asked, and courteously escorted me to my vehicle out on the lot upon completion. Thanks for continuing the excellent 5-Star level of service that I've become accustomed to at Auto Nation over the years.
I had a hard time reaching anyone on the phone to find out about service under warranty for a used car I bought from them (not a Honda). I ended up scheduling online. When I got to the dealership, the serviceman kept inferring there were issues because it wasn't a Honda. Another serviceman ended up figuring out what part was needed and said they wouldn't have it for a week. I never received a call back when the part came in and had incredibly long waits on the phone to finally sort it out. I even had to track them down once it was done to find out about getting my car back! When I picked up my car, it was dirty inside and out (most places send it through a quick wash when they are done). This is not a service center I will ever return to, even if my next car is a Honda.
Took the car in for the big service and within a few hours got a call that the car was ready. Everything looks good. Ed was very efficient as getting things done in a timely manner.

Easy reservation, when I made it. Greg was polite, competent and communicative. My car was ready before the scheduled time frame, Greg even followed up with a 2nd call to remind me, when it took me a while to get back there to pick it up, overall, an excellent experience.
I had purchased a Honda lifetime battery. My battery died. I called, got an appointment within 45 minutes, a free tow service. A man jumped my car; so didn’t use tow service. I arrived 15 minutes after my appointment since I didn’t know how long until I would get my car started. With 2 hours, I was ready to rumble and I had a new battery. It was super slammed at the maintance department, but I was seen. I’m a very happy customer.
I had a very good experience shopping at this dealership. The staff were accommodating and answered all queries. The deals were great and better than any other dealership in the phoenix and Tucson area.
Had a really great experience here working with Robert, Bob, and Richard. Terrible experiences at the other places we looked at - pushy salespeople, etc. But here, there was never any pressure - they were up front the entire time and even gave me some pointers. We left with a CPO Honda CR-V and love it so far.
We continue to received prompt and quality service from AutoNation Honda. Our Service Advisor was helpful, clearly explained what was needed and answered all four questions.
