Autowash Express, Tucson AZ

It's my local car wash. I use it every few weeks. The new management has made some positive changes, but I feel that they have turned down the volume on things like the brush and wheel cleaner and it seems to take longer to do that part of the wash. I get the new three dollar min, but really, with the slow down in the tire/wheel, pre-soak washes. Additionally, all my tokens are now useless here.
It has been freshened-up and appears well maintained.

The machine ripped me off $10. Left a message no response. I'll never use I again.

I'd give them less stars if possible. The air dryer damaged a trim piece on my car. I addressed the manager with my concerns. He confirmed he was responsible and apologized. Offered to reimburse me for the part and it's paint. I came to collect my check and he refused. No communication. Nothing. Complete disrespect and disregard for my time. Now I am suing them for the damages. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional in the face of adversity.

Would rate zero stars if I could it stole my money I paid the machine said wash is now ready please drive forward and it never started it kept repeating wash is now ready and of coarse there’s no number to contact for such situations I WONDER WHY? !

Machine inside bay took my $5. Corporate office sent me refund. In my opinion, it was nothing special and it took $20 to clean my car, but not as good as I expected.

Wow! What a difference these new guys have made. The ownership has recently changed. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful when I've seen them on site. They replaced the old automatic with a whole new setup. It does touch free or soft touch, amazing! The place has been repainted which adds a nice touch. Everything is working. So excited to see what these guys do to the place next!
