23An older Female Caucasian employee, decided to make the rude and unnecessary comment to my son, that he should come by later with his friends and tear up the place. After being followed around the store like a criminal! He was buying/ bought a tail light. When I get the receipt from my son I will let you and everyone know this female's name and if this is the kind of employee Auto zone supports and stands behind, you should consider going to O'Reilly as we will be, Or at the very least consider another location. The franchise on cave creek and cactus doesn't trust the community in which it relies on.
5 out of 6 parts recently purchased from them have been returned defective within 3 weeks of purchase. Great staff just seems like they buy seconds on parts.
I had an issue with order from another store, came to this place and Danny realized there was an issue with order. Store where I purchased sparkplugs failed to verify. Well, Danny tool care of the problem, and had another store deliver my sparkplugs. Danny is a true leader with stellar customer service skills.
9 out of 10 times experience is great.
Steve did a great job of taking ownership and getting what was needed ordered.
I needed new windshield wipers and had no idea what to buy or how to put them on. Frank not only showed me which wipers to buy he also put them on for me. As for customer service, he went above and beyond. I will return to this store for all of my automotive needs from now on. Thank you.
Thanks to the crew at the cave creek store.
Over the years of coming to AZ and dealing with the rats eating wires, and extreme temperatures toasting batteries and shocks, I was stumped about my dash lights and poor performance. I had it pretty nailed down, but couldn't figure out whether it was another chewed wire, or a real code. While inquiring about a replacement part, and mentioning my problem, Brandon said, "Why don't you switch the coils around and see if it throws a different code" I did it, it switched codes, bought the part, and all is perfect. I was an auto mechanic for many years, but I got so caught up in Youtube videos and blogs talking about the problems, I forgot to use the good old common sense that Brandon exhibited.
Thanks soo much for getting me back on the road.

I visited this location the morning of 5/4/20. I am SO Impressed! Mike at this team location, generously traded out my burned out headlight. It would have been a bit extensive to do. He had the power tools to speed up the process. He had to take out my car battery and move my fuse box to get to my head light. A few screws and tools, that required extensions to get to the screws to loosen and retighten. I know my explanation sounds a bit hilarious However, I think you get my gist. HA HA! Mike, you saved me time and the headache of trying to do this myself or to find another person to help me do this. I Am SO Grateful! Thank You for your willingness to assist me in fixing my Headlight Dilemma. Muah! Muah!
My experience was great. Super friendly and very informative. Out of all of the auto parts stores autozone is my preference. They are always the ones that are willing to go above and beyond.
This AutoZone is AWESOME. Every employee I have interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Special thank you to Ronald.
This is my second home away from home it seems at times, thank God for them, very fast service and friendly, I have no problems getting what I need in parts, to keep my truck running, it's usually on hand, if not, within two to four days, thanks fellows
Kevin at the Cave Creek store is awesome! He helped us remove and replace a heavy duty trailer hitch head.he was courteous, professional and competent.
He went above and beyond in helping us. We wanted to publicly thank him! You Rock Kevin!

The staff are great and the managers are very friendly. Don’t worry about not knowing your car they will be more than happy to help you like they did with me.
ALWAYS HELPFUL ; AND "VERY FRIENDLY" CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Has everything you need for New or Old vehicles.
The only thing I have to say if they don't Carrie much. The staff is friendly extremely helpful. But their hands are tied by corporate of course.
Needed a battery for my corvette the salesman knew just what I needed and had it in stock, no wait shopping at competitive prices
Autozone loans out the tools that I need to install the parts that they sell and can advise on how to do the repair.
Talk about "top notch service! " Frank couldn't have been any better! I spent more than I had originally planned, however, I'm glad I did now. He gave me some good advice and I'm glad I followed it! Kudos to AutoZone for hiring such great staff.
Auto zone has always helped me with all my auto needs and questions! They have a great location on the corner of Cave Creek rd and Olsen in the Tractor Supply parking lot. They price match too!
Staff is always friendly when I walk in. Plus they always have a decent selection of car tools/accessories. The building is new, its close to my house, there's a farmers market in the parking lot on Thursdays in the winter. What's not to love?
We had had an issue with starting the car. After we got it going, we took it to AutoZone. Frank was beyond helpful. He came outside with me to test the battery and the starter. He told me that they were both fine. It had to be something else like a glitch in the computer system. I would go back to AutoZone anytime. Thank you Frank.
