Wish every store I visited had such a simple and short checkout process.

Great customer service. Went in to ask if he would check battery and came right out. Battery was bad, put a new one in. In & out in about 10 minutes

I found what I needed pretty quickly. If I needed any help or had any questions, the employees were on top of it!

Needed alternator and battery checked. Both tests were done in just a few minutes and at no charge thanks AutoZone!

I needed a 32 mm oil filter removal socket, AutoZone is open 24 hours a day which makes them a little busier at night when I went but they were still helpful in able to get me what I needed not to mention thanks for the AutoZone Rewards program I got a coupon.

The staff here was very helpful and kind, I appreciate their knowledge and suggestions, they will take the time to help you.

I was broke down 2 hours from home and another 2 hours to my destination. I called around the area and this store was the only parts store that had what I needed on hand. Sales people are not so great as far as understanding and fallowing up on the phone sales and parts reservations.

First of all, this location has a great customer service and friendly staff. Bought battery from (cave creek and bell) location but they wouldn’t change battery out. Call this location and talked to “Grant” and he told me to bring down the battery to (43th ave and cactus) and they will switch out my battery. Got to their location, and “Ryan M” another great staff who helped me to switch out my battery. Overall, this location and all their staffs went above and beyond to help me out.

Stopped in to get a battery checked the the clerk was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Not returning to this location.

Very helpful in finding and installing a battery for a 2918 Hunduai Elantra SE. That was the 43rd and Cactus store. But the 43rd and Bell store stepped up their game getting me connected to the Cactus store. Frustrating experience with a nearby competitor, Auto zone came through. Thanks to your people and customer service.

Be cool, they'll be cool back. I've been given items out the package for no other reason than friendliness by random sales employees at different locations unsolicited. If you ask to price match, have a competitors price available to show.
