Always slow. Always understaffed. These people are barely qualified to be cashiers let alone give automotive advice.

This is the slowest and worst service AutoZone I've ever been to on a continuous pattern. They don't even help people in order in line

We were pretty much camped out in front of here until our car ran better most of the day and they never once hassled us about being there all day. Staff was helpful and nice and prices are great. They will put your car on diagnostics for you anytime for free.

Lackadaisical help! Had the feeling they were doing community service. Found my item without help, then waited to pay for 4 or 5 minutes and I was the only person in there.

This place is very low, I have been able to get parts for just about any thing that I need to repair my truck. You can find Autozone locations just about any small town in Arizona and if they don't have it on stock then they will get it for you on that day or less than 24 hours. This is smart thinking to shop there!

As a 40-year experience the mechanic I've been using this company in two different states for the last 20 years plus and overall they do their best and they work with you as best they can and the parts 90% of time do very well.

All the items auto stores have, parts, oil, trans fluids, antifreeze, cleaning stuff, covers, floor mats, accessories, etc. Good customer service, do their best with the tools and knowledge they have, they can't look up anything outside of their own site, internet other stores blocked, probably not the way to endear customers to you, seems dumb, otherwise, an auto store.

Unlike the last store the staff was great here. They went above and beyond toake sure I had what I needed to get my vehicle home. I went to this store the same night after the 43rd and Cactus store pissed me off.

Got some Duralast Gold tune up parts for a 95 GMC 4.3 V6 with 96G mileage. Distributor, Rotor, Wires. Already had correct plugs new in the box. Rotor was hard to install even after sanding clean the shaft to shiny. Tolerance seemed kinda tight. Not real happy with it. Wires were correct and had electric gel seal already applied, a plus.

Staff was polite but no one said hello or even offered to help. I went backa again times cuz i bought wrong ports and still no help

Terrible experience. No customer service, rude and abrupt. Refund on my Oil. No assistance at all. I am praying for them. Needs better TRAINING. God bless

I needed an interior door handle for a 2000 Chevy truck and it was available in the Help section! The staff is professional and courteous and patient when I'm not. Thank you! I recommend everyone to come here first. Also, the AutoZone rewards program is awesome!

Great knowledgeable staff but customers are ABSOLUTLY CLUELESS. If you see more than 2 cars in the parking lot, come back later.

Had my starter tested for free.turns out it was good after several tests all showed good then they gave me a list of other possible causes to check

Busy evening only two guys working waited about 15_minutes. But they had my parts so all was well I suppose. Maybe have more staff at night.
