Thought i had a bad battery. Autozone tested it as good, then when i went to start nothing just check engine light. Carlos called a machinic friend who found a loose wire. If it was'nt for carlos i would be paying for a tow and a shop cost. Thank you carlos

Carlos Ochoa psm. At autozone 2714 always help me and my family beyond any expectations replacement batteries for my kids wife cars wiper blades named. I know sometimes it's his brake and still helping out side clients when store it's super busy this guy deserves the extra mileage and I saw a few reviews that company or corporate don't even reply to clients neither call the store and give thumbs up for the employee please corporate personal complement your good working employees or other auto parts will do! After taking them away from you guys!
After you guys do something good to them I will ho up on the stars

Came in today because my battery completely died. Its was 7: 30pm and I understand they close at 8pm. We had them check the warranty on my battery because we are loyal customer for autozone. We asked for our battery to be checked first, once they told us it completely bad. I asked the employee Matthew if he could help me change it, he said no because they close in 30 minutes. He said to come back tomorrow at 8: 30am. I expressed i have a cancer appointment tomorrow morning and my car doesn't start i had to get it jumped to get to autozone. With the expression on his face you could tell he didn't care. My dad asked if he could borrow tools to change it for me. I went inside to complete my battery transaction and he said tell your dad to come and get the tools. I said I can take them to him. My dad replaced it perfectly for me. I had to go back inside to get antifreeze and stood inside in line (indicated on the floor) and he passed right by me staring directly at me but never said anything, no "is there anything else I can do? " Nothing. So I waited and i had to ask him if he was available i need to get something else. He just looked annoyed, no customer service, and doesn't look like he wanted to work that day.

I was having problems with my batteryand I took my car over there they went right out and checked it for me and found out that the battery was basically toast went back inside he got me a new battery came out with me and install it for me and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.that's my favorite AutoZone store I go there all the time and the customer service is great and that's why I keep going there

Carlos and the rest of the guys went above and beyond to help me out. I made a mistake and spent a couple hours in their parking lot, they gave me tools, advice and called a mechanic to get me back on the road.

This AutoZone needs to train there staff better and been more professional. They give me the wrong battery. I went to return it and the manager was very rude she said they didn't have my old battery. Went to check and they did had my old battery with my name on it.

Battery went bad that we bought here and still in warranty so they prorated new one and even installed it for free, great service and fast!

My daughter & I went there to buy a brake light bulb for her car she just purchased today and had no clue what kind Michael was so helpful & provided excellent customer service. We asked if he can show us how to install & honestly could have declined but the fact that he didnt & helped us out shows there are still good people out there willing to go above & beyond! Thank you Michael!

ATTENTION BONUS MEMBERS: Received "$20 Bonus Reward" coupon in my email. Was very excited to use it. Coupon said I needed to spend $100 or more to get $20 off, which I did. Grand total was $138.25. When clerk scanned my coupon it did not take anything off. He said it would not apply since some of the products I was purchasing were on sale. Was in the fine print. Sounds like a scam to me. Just don't want anyone to go through what I went through.

I have stopped by this AutoZone three different times in a week span. All three times they were either too busy or understaffed, either way I found myself waiting 15 to 30 minutes to be helped. I just go to the one on 91st and Northern it's much better and faster service.

Its an average parts store. The usual distracted employees. Knowledgeable but overworked. Prices can be beaten by Napa auto parts. Napa also has higher quality parts.

I went to AutoZone to get a light bulb changed it was getting dark I'm with a newborn baby alone I realized my headlight is out after waiting 30 minutes they sell me the wrong light bulb I go back in the store I tell them that this light bulb is the wrong one the manager told me speaking to me like I'm stupid that there's no reason why this lightbulb shouldn't fit in your car so I go back outside with a customer willing to help me because an AutoZone employee sure wasn't going to help me and yes it is the wrong light bulbs so I take it back in and tell the manager and he makes me wait in line just to get a refund while my baby is crying and she needs to be fed after waiting 30 minutes and I'm still nowhere near the front of the line to get my refund I end up having to leave to go care for my baby and had to return later just to return the light bulb that they sold me that was wrong the manager and the employees were acting as if everything was my fault they weren't helpful at all and I was nice to every employee in there and they still treated me like s*** go to O'Reilly's they will be more than happy to help you and change your light bulb in a friendly Manner and any other part you might need they will even tell you how to change a major part on your car AutoZone sucks all of their employees all of their management sucks I've never been to a more Rooter store and they think they have every right to be rude yet it all Riley's they're also very busy but they don't act like they're busy they don't treat you like you have to wait just because their stores busy to go look at your car they're more than happy to help you so there's no reason why AutoZone has to be rude to their customers and assume they're allowed to be rude just because their stores busy

Terrible customer service. I came in this morning 1/25 at 10: 00am to pick up a battery and the employee working (didn't look at his name tag) was extremely rude, very unprofessional and seemed like he didn't want to help me, so this Autozone lost my business today and in the future I will avoid this location.
