The absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced! Even the district manager Jesse got on the phone and told me that I was wrong and tried to start arguing with me! I will never shop at AutoZone ever ever again!

Bad service people dont know what they are doing tried to give them a chance again since oreillys didn't have a part i needed end up needed a dealer part they would not take it back said it looked installed oreillys would of warranty it and refunded my money gonna stick with oreillys better people better price super service

Five star service from Robert today! After buying the wrong battery for my car for the last 3 years (and experiencing unnecessary issues because of it) thanks to Robert I finally have what I need! He went above the call and gave me both the knowledge I needed and a helping hand. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received at Auto Zone! If I ever need something for my car, without question I’m coming back to this location and I’m working with Robert!

I forgot to check my manual before leaving home and an employee was basically complaining about having to help me out and told me to go check my manual. Every time i go this bald guy has such an attitude. I will start going to O’Reillys from now on

The problem is is understaffed we stand around in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes just to be helped and top of that some of the workers have no clue about Automotive

Brenda had world class customer service. She did an amazing job changing out my battery and went above and beyond!

Extremely friendly. Swapped out covered by warranty (battery) no questions asked, and had it installed in no time!

I was looking for some clarification nothing major just the difference between one tool and another but the man seemed annoyed and laughed when I didn’t know what something meant. Bad customer service.

Rude employees they never want to charge your car battery they'll tell you it's bad before they even check it

I am not one for bashing a company or it's employees but this Autozone has the most disrespectful and inconsiderate employees I have ever encountered. Hopefully it was only that specific shift but I do suggest they start paying more attention to their customers instead of talking amongst each other.

Poor customer service. Waited at counter for seven minutes while shelves were being stocked. Had to approached associate to request to be checked out.

Michelle is by far the best person to deal with when looking for parts she is an A+ is good asset to AutoZone in Laveen, keep up the good work Michelle, and the great customer service! !

Great experience. Went in to get a battery for my car and since we didn't have the tools, they let us borrow a set to get the job done. Brought it back, gave them my old battery, and they helped pick out window wipers which they put on for me. Wonderful place to go. Thank you!

The lady manager that helped me was nice enough however there was a wait because they have a lot of call ins. If they had more help it would be smooth.

Midas - Firestone & O'reilly's said I had a bad battery but both times i went to Auto Zone in Laveen, I was told my battery was fine. Drove to another Auto Zone down the road and they told me I had a Bad Battery and swapped it out under warranty for free. Either Laveen's Battery checking machine is broke or the people using it are broke?
Either way. Someone very lucky my battery didn'T Die and leave me stranded in this 115 degree Phx heat.

There is no wait the employers are quick to come and give you help you need weather Its just a part or even a question very polite
