Dismal experience. Used to be able to buy a battery, they take out old one, put in new one. Not now. So you have to buy it, put it in your own car, or take to a mechanic and pey more to have it put in. There must be a safe for them way to install without making customers do all of that. So disappointing. And unfriendly staff.

After spendIng over $1000 at this location. I went into the store to purchase the best battery for my suburban. But the LAZY assistant store manager was not willing help test the battery before the purchase.so ive taken my business to the autozone nextdoor on 24th st and mcdowell. Do yourself a favor and dnt waste your time going to the store on 16th st.
Great service! Not only did they go out of their way to locate the items we needed, but when someone started to enter the store unmasked, they enforced the"everyone must wear a mask" rule by mentioning that they must wear a mask to enter the store. Thank you for your support and diligence!
Beside ebay is autozone the best place to find anything you need for you car, a little bit pricy tho
Felt like I got the runaround and guy just wanted to upsale me on an item that my car only required the basic product.
Employees can car less about customer service. By far the worst auto zone experience. Never plan on going back to this location
Unfortunately it's not uncommon that I have issues when I tried to exchange brake pads or drums that are under warranty, for some reason they never find me in the system though I only have one phone number, as they often ask you if it's possible that you may have put it under another number.
I only shop at AutoZone unless they don't have an item that I need, but they always have the drums and the brakes, so I could have not purchased them anywhere else.
After a long ordeal and trying to find out what happened. Saul was extremely helpful and was able to figure out how to get these warranted for me and replaced, he is my number one guy to go to hear in the future!
Personnel are awesome and friendly. I go here because it's close to my house and I know almost all of the employees
Bice folks folks but most of the parts they have here are just plain Chinese. JUNK. Even though they come with the warranty you will get tired of constantly having to change them out.
The service professional was very helpful. He quickly found the parts I needed & ordered one I needed. The only negative thing I have to say is no one called me when my part came in, so I had to call them the following week. Follow up with your customers is important, even when it comes to car parts.
The staff is horrible with costumer service. Two other people before me and no one was addressed. Hello. Or just a moment. Smh
My Nissan Xterra barely made it into the parking lot. The wait was short and they ran a computer diagnosis for free and printed it out for me. The store has a nice layout and the employees are very nice.
Got into designated line they have set up and was attempting to do a return when I was the next person to be helped I went to the wrong counter even tho nothing was posted for certain transactions the lady working went on a five minute rant about I was suppose to go to counter next to her
