Many thanks to Brandon! He made my day by not only selecting the right windshield wipers for me but installed them, too! And, in record time! This may see like a small thing but it was huge to me! So glad to see great service is still a thing. Auto Zone is lucky to have you Brandon!

As soon as I arrived in Tucson from LA, my oil light came on, so I pulled into the Autozone on the way to my destination and Lorraine went above and beyond to help me, even giving me helpful advice on how to care for my car under the hood, and things to lookout for. She even demonstrated what I should do to check all my fluids under the hood, and clean battery acid corrosion. Thanks Again Lorraine, give this woman a promotion!

The employees were rude and left me waiting for about 10 minutes without anyone else there and then not only could there system not give me the part or information that I needed but the employee didn't even bother trying to tell me where I could possibly go or help me try to look up the information through other means.

Personally I find this place among the most expensive if all auto parts stores but they have a large selection of auto related stuff.

My car battery had died & luckily Geico came and jumpstarted it. I quickly drove to AutoZone on Grant/Dodge and Omar was such an angel! He changed it out for me in less than 30 minutes, I can’t thank him enough! I got the best car battery I could get & the car drove so much better! I could just feel the difference thank you so much to Omar and everyone there at AutoZone

A few days ago I called on a part and I was told it was a universal part now. So I figured any autozone would have it. However this autozone didn't seem to know what I was speaking of nor a place to look it up on their computer. What a wasted trip and this is why I go to my favorite autozone on Campbell and irvington. It is considerably out of the way but to get good service I will go out of my way!

They are 10 times better than pep dorks will ever be. The amount of money I spent at pep jrks. I could of installed the starter myself.

Don't ever go to pep boys to have any work done on your car. Especially the one on 4491 E SPEEDWAY location.

Great experience. One lady looked up my wiper blades for me and went and grabbed them off the floor for me even. The second lady rang me up and very thoughtfully reminded me if i needed washer fluid (which i did and would have forgotten) thank you! She even went out side when me and installed them for me.then helped me open the hope so i could fill up my fluid! What a world if everyone was this polite and helpful to one another

I came here when I needed to replace my battery. The staff were very kind and understanding of my issue. They helped me test and make sure my battery was dead and to find a good replacement. They did not attempt to upsell me either which was refreshing. When the sale was done they even rolled the new battery out to my car for me.

Their help was greatly appreciated!

Went for brake pads for friends car. The ones they had were 47 dollars thats 10 dollars cheaper then the O'Reilly's and O'Reilly's had none in stock and no location near us had any either. It was worth the extra few miles to save 14 dollars.

My engine light was on in my car, so I went in the store and asked if they could check it. The gentleman working came right out plugged it into my car. Then we went inside and he told me what part I needed and printed out the paper for the part. AutoZone just saved me a lot of time great place!

Had to get a pcv valve grommet for my 73 hornet a while back, not only did i not get my grommet, they ordered me the pcv valve and i was still the wrong part for my car. Im staying with Checker /O'rielly. They have a more knowledgeable staff exspecialty if it involves an older car.

Came into this store location because my box truck had a bad battery, not only did they sell me a battery, but the guy helping me was knowledgeable he went above and beyond this morning to make sure I got back on the road today. I've been to a lot of AutoZone locations and this by far is the best when it comes to Customer service.

They do FREE diagnostics. The "counter help" meets you half way to the door and do everything they can to be helpful.

AutoZone that company has great people Exquisite service and will help you out with all your needs for your vehicle I recommend AutoZone to anybody that is looking for a good auto parts store to get their parts from check them out first before choosing anybody else you won't be sorry you did.

The staff was very helpful and quick and easy to talk to. The counter sales person also went through the entire list of parts options so I could make my own decision on the price and warranty I wanted to choose.

The manager was very rude. We went at 9pm a whole hr before close. When I went in speaking Spanish he waved he's hand in my face as he walks away saying i don't speak Spanish.

Helpful people who work here. Needed help installing a new air filter. Saved money by taking the car here instead of at the dealer.

As professional as always, Some of the employees are very apt with the mechanical side of things. They will give direction to look for problems because of the experience some have. But as with all information you have check on the info.
