I called was on hold for 20 minutes lady hung up on me I called back lady answers with a bad attitude instead of doing her job told me my vehicle doesn't require it for a 1996 Chevy Astro van driveshaft seal

Every since chris and the crew moved there from the buckeye store its been great ill continue to buy my auto parts from there as long as they continue to work that store

This store is one of the worse I seen outside trash everywhere the recycle oil is on the floor and looks like they empty the trash on the front of the store once a day, inside store is half empty and the service is trash workers just look at customers waiting to pay and ignore them till they complaint overall and embarrassment to autozone just go to O'Reilly on southern and 33 Ave way better

They advertise the deal where you could get an oil filter and an air filter with your oil for $11 more than the large oil, but you only got the deal if your air filter and oil filter were below a certain price. I ended up paying a little more than I would have paid for the oil anyway to get the extra parts

This auto zone showed me real. Great customer service and trust.i was able to leave my id to borrow a tool. And they didnt know i would bring it back or not. (I did bring it back) i just think that was cool

This one is always very busy and often sends me to the location on central for my parts because they don't have it in stock.

I ask for a headlight, I got the part. Jesus offered to install. Did a great job and I was happy. They don't charge and even help when very busy. Thank you.

Had a bad battery. Stopped by this morning to get a new one. Gentleman didn't even bother to help with battery. Bought and installed a new one. Nothing dificult to do. Just a thought as I was driving off and spent almost $200 on a battery and wasn't even offered help to carry outside.

Horrible customer service! Takes forever to check out! Employees ignore customers. I had to request help to get cashed out. Ridiculous!

Waited in line for 15 minutes only for the dumb lady to tell me she's only cashing out. All I simply wanted to ask is where is adhesive for car parts. HORRIBLE SERVICE.she told me I had to wait in line again.never coming back to this auto zone.they need to put a sign or inform customers check out only instead of having them wait for no damn reason

Despite an extraordinarily hot day and numerous customers all needing help, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to charge my battery prior to testing to see if it was working and then replaced it and helped me reset my electronic components.

Super helpful crew! Store is well stocked and clean. Plus there is a great ice cream shop next store.bonus!

My tail lights did not work on my car so I went to the AutoZone on 19th Ave.and Southern and a young man named "Gaven" made my tail lights come back on within just five minutes his customer service skills was awesome and he deserves a five star rating!

Good helpful people that can usually figure out what you need. They also have a rent a tool program which is awesome too!
