Had trouble starting my car today - had to jump start it from another car. I went to AutoZone and was assisted by Israel. He electronically verified the battery was not good and with his knowledge helped me select an appropriate batter and installed it. The help I received was impressive and I am happy to share it!

I spent $180 on a battery with the expectation that they could install it as advertised. Despite counting 4+ workers in the store and no customers I was told they were too busy to put the battery in. If I were not on my lunch break I would have purchased the battery elsewhere. I do not recommend the location at Gilbert Rd and Chandler Heights Blvd.

May 14th at 8: 50 pm.
I called the store to order some paint for my GM truck but customer service is bad, they are out of stock and they wanted to send me to other stores but this location is closest to my house, I don’t even need the product until next week! He did not care and I asked for his name and he replied “I didn’t give you my name this is Auto Zone” right out of that lame spongebob meme! Doesn’t this store want to make money and order parts for customers to come in? Neither the CSR or the grey shirt could order two cans of paint and basically told me to go to Oreilly auto parts.

My belt broke on my expedition. I called they had it in stock put it on hold for me so all I had to do was go and pick it up and pay. Very helpful staff

Over the years, and more so recently, Autozone has been my first stop for car needs. And without fail, they help me find what I need and kindly replace it / install it for me. Then, have me back safely (and quickly) on the road.

Whomever is closing on May 14th 2021 failed to sell two cans of paint. I came in to dump oil grab Victory Red paint for my impala, they didn’t have any cans in stock so I asked to order some so I can pay for it and pick it up tomorrow morning. The grey shirt asked me to wait while he checked out the guy behind me for some reason? Like his sale was more important. So I waited until the Red shirt walked by and he asked if I needed help and I told him “I’m trying to order some paint” and just walked away. I called Oreillys and it couldn’t be easier! I gave them the paint code, and they told me it would be at their Oreillys tomorrow morning. It’s hilarious these auto boys couldn’t figure out how to do that. Why would you go to this store?

These guys have familiarity that helps you make the decision about the repairs you need to make. They try to save you money and time with the ideas they give you.

When I came in and got the oil package deal, I ended up getting the wrong filter. When I came back to get the right one, i was told i had to pay full price for the filter which makes no since because it's under a package pricing. Tried to get ahold of shore manager and district manager with no success. Being that I have a business account here, I may have to look at other places. Its already hard as a business when we have to have every penny, dont need to lose dollars at the place I come to save money.

We are in the middle of the worst rise in COVID19 cases right now and none of the employees in this store are wearing masks. Really disappointing and irresponsible.

Staff was helpful and polite. Everyone there was professional and courteous. It is a nice new clean location and very close to the main road.

I walked in needing a new cabin filter. I want to say that my visit at S. Gilbert Rd location was not the best until Charles went the extra mile with excellent customer service. He noticed I felt out of place and he was kind, helpful and professional. I will return to this location because Charles was so nice and made feel welcome.

The employees at this place try always to help, but, they have a very, very, very bad memory when it comes to remember that they were supposed to deliver what you order. Plus they have only 1 delivery driver: (
