20I went into warranty out a radiator. I sat there and I was told that it was a VDP so I have to wait. They said they were going to warranty it out right then and there that way I just had to come and pick it up. I arrived at the store to pick up the radiator and the warranty did not go through correctly. So the AutoZone has said you owe so much and I said no I did not that it was a warranty. He said okay let me get a gray shirt. I sat there and watched about 15 minutes of a movie before I got bored and was asked if I had been helped yet by another employee. Then finally the gray shirt came over who turned out to be the assistant store manager. They should be very knowledgeable of the system and by now I'm already irritated that I have stood here in the store for half an hour. He went to the paperwork and started doing the return process. Now I used to work for AutoZone and I am able to still work their computers. The store manager added unneeded steps to the exchange of my radiator. He called it a damaged return. In the computer you have the choice between one through four. One being undamaged return to being damaged return three being undamaged swap and number four which was my choice damaged swap. The store manager chose damage return which led us to going from register to register for him to complete the process and to ring me out all over again. The process is quite simple and when I was doing it for myself when I worked at 49 I was able to do it within a few minutes. And I was a commercial driver so I didn't work the registers as much as everybody else, but this guy's in store all day long. They need to improve their employees knowledge of the computer system. I saw three employees that did not have the basic knowledge to do the job.

Terrible don't recommend doing business with them or any other auto zone they don't know what there doing I ordered some stuff for my tahoe and they gave me the run around kept telling me it will be here the next day never came in they didn't bother to call me and tell me, I ended up telling them to give me a refund I won't be back
Terrible service they can never get anything right ibwill never go back I will continue going to O'Reilly way better customer service and they know what there doing
Wrong parts (gave parts for 3.0 liter engine needed 3.8 liter parts). Then wrong parts had wrong contents so double wrong. One shining light of this AutoZone there is an O'Reilly's 2 blocks away and they are easier to get in and out of (both traffic and as a customer).
I visited there last night and Omar came out While I was working on my car and gave me some tips And was super helpful
The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Everytime I vist they always have register issues. Time for new machines or a better network.
The salespeople made great recommendations, especially given our location, and that made a world of difference.

I explained to the salesman that my car is a Brougham but they list it as a Fleetwood. I'm not sure when they changed & added my car but, he sold me the wrong hose without verifying the right vehicle. Luckily I noticed it before I left & another salesman got it corrected. Please verify vehicles before selling the parts!
Car was overheating and so I stopped for coolant. All of the employees were very nice and even let me borrow a funnel. I stopped one employee and he let me know my radiator cap was loose and so I purchased a cap as well AFTER losing all my fluid once. Welllll. I made it to work without it overheating, thank goodnes! Thank you guys for the help
I'll never go here again they was so rude to my husband when he asked for help because he only has use of one hand the guy made a very rude coment just because he was 65 yrsold is no reason to make rude coment to advisable person just because they are younger than you
Very poor customer service a long line 4 employees doin nothin, after 5 minutes or so of this I was like eff this n went right down the road to O'Riley's and they were awesome.
I always come to this store Because Omar. He is one of the best people to get answers. He has helped my family and I ever since he started there and I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else. Very nolageable and extremely nice person to talk to about any auto related issues. So when I get in the zone I get in the Omar zone.
Even though they didn't carry the product there are knowledgeable enough to leave me in the right direction to get the replacement part I need it for my aftermarket car alarm good work good job thank you AutoZone
Sadly disappointed in how I was treated at this location. Not only was I not being listened to my friend that was with me (who is male) was basically put on a pedestal and was asked to explain what I was trying to buy since he is a guy. So rude. Not only did they not have the part they proceeded to tell me one did not exist and I was basically making it up. I went to Walmart right when I left and found what I was looking for for under $10
Very professional and knowledgeable about the parts that I needed. I'd highly recommend them and I'm sure I will be back to do business again.
I definitely received much better service at this location than at the location up the street on Wilmot. Omar was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He is an asset to this company for sure and I will return to this location in the future because of the excellent customer service I received.
The guy didn't wanted to help i ended up giving him the part number for what i was looking for and he supposedly when and look for it and just came back and said no i dont have it horrible attitude
The employees were courteous and helpful. I had to search the store and finally get help finding one of my items because they don't keep them in the same area. The same type of product was in several different places throughout the store.
Fast and friendly employees. Except the oldest man there. Wouldn't even acknowledge me at all. Maybe because I was a woman in there by myself. Has happened before.
