AutoZone Auto Parts, Gilbert AZ

I needed a condenser fan relay for my sisters car so drove to my local auto zone store and was greeted by Chris the parts manager. I showed him the part and he did a search and was out of stock. He proceeded to call other locations until he was able to find it for us. While doing this he was also multitasking by helping the customers in the store waiting to purchase there own needs. We paid for it at his location and the drive to the Sossaman / Guadalupe store and picked up the part. Thanks Chris …you were a rockstar.

Mark was extremely kind and helpful. I don't know much about cars and I asked for his help and he did everything he could to help me diagnose my car troubles. We didn't figure it out but I really appreciate his commitment to help me.

I love going to AutoZone because the people at this location are always so helpful and nice. We were having a problem trying to return a battery for the core deposit today and none of the employees got angry or acted frustrated. We just joked around and chatted while the manager was trying to get it fixed, they kept trying to get it and finally it worked. It's the same type of experience I have had every time I go to this AutoZone location. I highly recommend them.

This morning I ended up at this Autozone location instead of the one I originally called and spoke with a Nathan about getting my trucks battery replaced and installed (Cooper and Warner). When I walked into this location and asked for him I quickly realized I was at the wrong one. The store manager, Mark, showed me nothing but exceptional customer service assuring me I didn’t have to try and start my truck again and go to the other one (thank goodness because getting a 3 year old in and out of a car seat can be a chore in itself…
let alone it not starting) and that he would be able to do the replacement and install. He had his mask and replace/install he did! It was quick and painless. I was impressed and filled with much gratitude for his wonderful customer service and kindness! Thank you!

Wonderful staff. They replaced my wiper blades and referred me to a shop that would assist with the headlights. Thank you so much. Simple tasks but very appreciated.

Carmen helped me tonight! Absolutely wonderful guy and great service! Changed my brake lights and did a wonderful job not to mention he made me laugh the whole time he was helping me out! Thanks so much for the great service

No help! Do not even know how to change a battery or test! No knowledge of any kind. Go elsewhere

Thankful for the help I recieved at the shop today. The associates were very kind and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and were knowledgable ready to help. Cannot thank them enough for their help. I think I worked with a man named Matt, he was new and very enthusiastic, anything time he had an issue finding one of my products the rest of the team was ready to help. Will come back again next time I need parts, thank you!

Tad and Emily were working the night i got all the tools and supplies I needed to get my oil change done and were very helpful and informative. I will definitely be using this location in the future.

I came in while it was raining, because my windshield wipers that the dealership put on were not working well. Jason quickly looked up my car info and pointed me to the wipers, he did a great job at upselling me to a better product and explaining why it was better. I also needed windshield wiper fluid which he helped me get, and provided a funnel to borrow to pour the fluid! I was in a rush to get to work on time, and he provided quick help, and great service! That is the reason I always end up coming back to AutoZone for my car needs!

Daniel S was a GREAT help to me this morning! I got in my car this morning to find out my battery had died, after a couple times of trying to turn it on, it finally turned on and i drove to autozone.he came out and we noticed my battery is right under the dash so with no hesitation, he took it out, cleaned everything and tested it! Come to find out the battery was from 2019! Then again with no hesitation he helped me find out which battery was best for my car.then did all of the heavy work and changed my battery for me! Thank you daniel! You are the reason autozone has such a good name! Thank you thank you thank you 1000000x!

Don’t go here if you need a battery changed! After going through the whole process of testing my battery, employee tells me that everyone working has a medical condition and they can sell me the battery but not install it. What? ! LOL. Why would management schedule no employees who can change a battery? !

Don’t waste your time at this store. If you have Triple A use it instead. Go there to purchase a new battery for my Jeep. After the purchase, the employee pushes over a kit for me to change the battery myself. When asked why they are not changing it, the employee shares that since the battery is located inside my Jeep they can’t change the battery. SERIOUSLY!? How about where a mask, disinfect the inside, open the doors, and have me exit the vehicle. I fully understand that we are living in a pandemic world, but this is poor customer service.

They had exactly what I needed. If you are needing spare keys for your car, this is the place to go!
