Battery went dead. Went in and checked to see if we bought it there and we did and Battery was free. Installed it there.
Josh is the man here. Helped me out, answered my questions, had my back. And the repair went well. Just a battery replacement, but whatever, never did that before. Saved $95, stuck it to the man, big time. Shoved it in his fat, cigar-smoking face. Then he cried, but I just laughed, and took his cigar. I filled it with turmeric and pepper, then i smoked it, and became healthy. Will be going back here for whatever car parts I need in the future. Recommend. Thanks guys!
Josh was great. Helped me find the headlight I needed and installed it for me in 30 seconds. On another occasion, when my car battery died, I called the store and he answered all my novice questions very patiently. Will definitely be coming here for my auto needs.
The worker was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right product. He even went out and looked at my car!
The people at this AutoZone are so amazing, that I am upset they do NOT have a full 5 star rating on Google. I have a rare car and wasn't even desperate for parts, and this facility went extremely above and beyond. At one point the store manager started offering cheaper solutions to my ideas that I had not thought of. And I overheard them talking about how they were short staffed, and still giving me this type of attention and assistance without ignoring any other customers. I can't thank them enough nor will I shop anywhere else. Even if I have to order parts and wait. I don't care if O'Reilly's is cheaper or has the part in stock.
Just want to shout out about Shane. I'm 66 years old and he gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced

Quick, made easy and simple. I'm not thrilled about how much it cost me but the service was fantastic.
Went in to replace my battery in my Honda Pilot. Robert was super helpful. He explained the benefits of the different batteries and even installed the battery for me.
Super helpful and friendly, they also really know their stuff. For a car illiterate, they really take the time to help you out and get you what you need. A little pricey, but worth it for the customer service alone.
Stopped Saturday because my 2011 Volvo had a bulb outage. I’ve changed lots of bulbs in my time but this one looked different. Josh helped me out and changed it out plus showed me how to do it. Can’t thank him enough-exceptional customer service and it’s not the first positive experience I’ve had at this store. Thanks again.

Best customer service, I didn’t get names but a man with a dark beard and another man with a red mustache were very kind and helpful! They explained everything perfectly and didn’t make me feel confused, unlike the Oreilly’s across the street. Definitely will be returning with any car issues I get! 10/10
Most of the staff don't really know much about working on cars, and they dont seem to like searching for something custom or different from the norm. They do know how to sell you a part, if you have the old part or the old part number. Josh on the other hand is pretty helpful and knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know for sure he'll try to find the answer for you. Good man.
Weeks ago I had an amazing experience at this Prescott Autozone with all the gents there and I’ve been so busy I could not review until now. I’ve set aside this time because the service and kindness was outstanding and I have not forgotten. Jarrett M, and the manager Roger H assisted me to install a new battery in my mother’s car. She is disabled and I worry about her being unable to care for things like this. I trust these guys would help her if I could not be there. Another gent helped replace her windshield wipers and it was clear they were all good people with simply a desire to do the decent thing. Seems like a good place to work. I’d send my mom there without me.
