My dad and I have been using this AutoZone since I was 4 or 5 years old. I'm almost 21 now and I used to always come with him when I was younger. Its an amazing place. 10 out of 10 recommend

Kid who waited on me even went out to my vehicle to get my vin to make sure I got right part. Felt welcomed for the first time in an auto part store.

After seeing my review autozone reached out and they rectified this whole situation. Very pleased with the manager Howard and his kindness. Thank you autozone for making this situation right. I will continue to give them my business. Thank you. I'm changing my rating back to a five star.

Not happy with my most recent visit. Due to uninformed staff and poor direction from her, a simple oil change ended up costing me about 70$. That's not even taking into consideration the gas spent having to drive into town the two trips I had to make to rectify the situation. Would have expected a better resolution from such a large franchised auto parts dealer. I've spent a great deal of money over the years at this place. You would think they could have at least refunded the 30$ worth of oil wasted when we realized the girl had sent me off with the wrong filter. Train staff better before just letting them carry on, on their own. This situation has cost them my business, I will not be returning there any more.

The manager at the Cortaro Farms store is great. Very helpful and a great personality. There is a young adult that works there also that is very helpful and also has an amazing personality. I feel.bad I forget her name

Ordered on the phone, both front excels for my mom's car. Repeated 4 times the make, model, year, what the parts were for. Called the next morning to verify that the parts for FRONT were in. I then drove 35 min to pick up parts just to have the mechanic in Marana call me to tell me that the parts I received were for the rear. So disappointed. The mechanic ordered the correct parts from a different company, and I had to return these to the store. SO make sure you open the box and verify your parts before buying from them.

I took my mother and her vehicle in to get her battery replaced. Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and speedy. He says that he's new but he gave such good service I had assumed he'd been with AutoZone for years. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Pulled into the store just before a rain storm around 9pm one evening. Sergio helped me find the right wipers. Great customer service. Offered to even put them on for me. As we came outside it started to pour rain. Didn't phase him, he put the wipers on, drenched in rain. Great customer service. He did it all with a smile. Thanks Sergio, you're a good representative of AutoZone! I will be back for other auto parts in the future. Matt

Nice store. Had a short girl help me change my battery.and Howard went out of his way to help me find a part that they couldn’t get online. Super cool guys, never had a problem.

Worse experience ever. I called the night prior looking for brakes and was not they didn’t have them in stock to head to Irvington, at Irvington they didn’t have them in stock and was told to head to a 3rd location just to be given the wrong brakes. When coming to return them to this location since it’s the closest to me I had Savannah’s as a cashier and Jesus Christ… I understand maybe having a bad day but do you have to project that attitude to customers that have nothing to do with it? She had such a nasty attitude, non apologetic, said “it happens”, rude throughout the whole experience and then towards the end just handed me a receipt. I had to ask what that was she said your return… so you’ll just hand me a paper and expect me to walk away? Nothing else not even explaining what that is. Autozone get it together and train these employees correctly or let them go they’re ruining your business

Said they only had one battery for my old truck, after getting to the car and inspecting the receipt it came to 220$, when I went in to return the battery literally 2 mins later he said that he could return my battery but couldn’t give me back my core, then I spoke to the manager who then showed me a rack of 99$ batteries (after the first guy told me they only had the one type of battery for my vehicle). I told him I just want my money back and the manager refunded me and gave me back my core. Ended up going elsewhere and paying half as much and the employee didn’t even try to scam me out of 110$. The manager was very polite and professional but my initial experience with the first employee left a bad taste in my mouth.

The store had everything I needed, but the staff wasnt very knowledgeable. My experiences with other AutoZone s have been very good and helpful so this store was a bit of downgrade to what i was used to on the helpfulness scale. I did however get everything i needed.

Went into this autozone this morning and the lady and gentleman up front were lovely but the whole time we could hear the store manager in the back being loud and rude and very unprofessional to another associate The lady up front Maria went to ask him to be a little quieter since she had customers but he did not we where very happy with her service and her being very apologetic but I could not believe that the whole 15 mins we where in there we could hear him from all over the store and it was just unsettling and I genuinely felt bad for the two associates up front and especially for the one getting yelled at

My son purchased a battery for my truck. I came back to give them my old battery for a refund of $22. They took care of that right away. Nice.

Came in to get some wipers this is the third time I’ve been helped by Jayme V. She’s always got a bit of an attitude and rude I asked for help picking out my wipers and she couldn't be bothered to help me just over all has no good customer service

I had gotten a battery and a couple months later it went bad and I went to take it back and told me that it wasn't there battery and they would charge me for a new one so I went to hyundai and got one for a lot less and a much better warranty
