16They had what I needed. But I had waited in front of the line for a good seven minutes. While one worker was just taking to a customer while other was ringing them out. Waited 7 minutes just to be told to just go over to the self checkout. Not bothering to ask if I needed anything, not rude but also not really asking for customers to come back when their is an O'riellys next door were they will at least greet you.

But. Bad experience again trying to rent a tool from them was headache paid in advance with extra cha supposed Next day express service wait 3 day's and they never called me back, I just go and get my money back and go somewhere else shame on the inconveniences!

Employee Jayden went above and beyond to help us out! After my anti freeze tank busted, we asked Jayden we didn’t know what was going on and that there was a leak and are car was smoking. Well he patiently helped me not only figure it out, but also fix it, and it took less than 10 min of his or my time. Thanks a lot Jayden, thanks to you, I am able to drive comfortably
Went in to buy hid bulbs that they had in stock, the guy at the counter said he couldn't find them.then I asked about purchasing a power probe, the guy then said he couldn't find it either even though the box was on the shelf.not very accommodating or helpful at all.made me feel like he didn't want to sell me anything.poor service for sure.
I went into Autozone hoping to find something that will keep my front bumper from scraping until I could get it properly fixed, the employee who helped me DAN, he promptly took me over to the Duct tape and found a color that matched up with my car AND he also went outside with me and helped fix my bumper.this is a GREAT store and DAN was beyond helpful and knowledgeable.go see for yourself!: ]

The line was backed up and it took 27 min to get to the register while there were only 2 employees working the front, but there were at least 4 employees working. Then the woman who sold me windshield wipers went to help me get them on. When she ran into a little trouble she said she needed to grab one of the guys to help u clip the old wiper, she went inside and I waits over 15min before just leaving. I should have the wipers and gone across the street to Orileys. Now I know where to go next time. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Worst service ever, I don't understand why there are three employees and not one of them can check you out when you're standing there waiting to give them money, it's not like if they can tell the customer that they're currently helping to wait a second while they ring someone up managers must not know how to manage.
I know they get busy but if EVERYONE worked it would be a smoother running business. They never answer the phones so i have to get in my chair and load in my car and head over there to get an answer i could've got in 3min over the phone. I avoid this place like the plague.very unprofessional. Other AutoZone work accordingly and you are in and out in matter of minutes.
Somewhat concerned with the service at this location. Purchased some brakes two weeks ago and received the wrong ones for the back. Easy oversight as the part numbers were almost identical. Went there this past weekend and purchased wipers for my wife's car. After trying for a bit the tech stated he could not put them on. I asked if the female tech working inside could do it and the gentleman stated "no". Took the wipers to the store on Campbell and the wipers were put on in less than a minute. I try to shop at newly opened stores to help stimulate growth of new business in the area but will be heading back to the Campbell or Houghton locations from now on.

The gentleman there, Marcus, he knows hos stuff! Was able to get me, and explain the difference between ALL, new windshiled wipers. Even offered to quickly install with no charge. Great customer service
Marcus was fantastic! Both of our vehicles batteries were toast! Marcus came to the rescue! Difficult install in my GMC, Wife's Nissan was a snap! Marcus handled it with professionalism and style! We'll be back!
Without hesitation an employee named Dominic stepped out of his way to give me a hand. I had a problem with my radiant coolant, not only did Dominic help find the problem but gave me multiple solutions to the problem. You don’t find people like this too often now a days.
