Staff member was leaning on the counter zoning out, wasn't assisting anyone nor greeting anyone. When i asked, I had to ask if he worked there because he was so out of it. When I asked about liquid graphite, he couldn't tell me where I'd find it. Also he didn't know what it was and another staff member told me to use WD40. Hence the 1 star review.

I purchased a battery from the auto-zone in Goodyear. When the manager went outside to install it. He realized it was a lot bigger job than he anticipated. It was 115 degrees outside and instead of sending me on my way. The manager spent over 35 minutes installing the battery for me. I really appreciate the up and beyond amazing customer service I received.

No parts on hand.l had to got to another store with stock.best plan is to call first and have them touch the part before you waste your time going to a poorly stocked store.no parts on hand.

Terrible customer service. The person that was ‘helping’ me decided to help another customer and leave me waiting. Definitely won’t come back to this location. I’d leave zero stars off I could.

As of late, some of the employees seem very irate, particularly about having to be in the clock past their scheduled shift end time. I've had good experiences here with some good personnel though. Frank deserves some praise. He's been helpful and well-mannered every time I've encountered him.

Went in because my check engine light was on. The guy at the front, David G, STORE MANAGER, gave me the tool and basically said do it yourself. At least he was kind enough to tell me where the plug was in my car. I get that it's hot outside and it's cool inside, but seriously dude, isn't this your job? This is the first time and last time I'll ever go to AutoZone for my check engine light again, O'Reilly Auto Parts comes out and does it for me every time.

The gentleman who helped. E was very courteous, professional, and kind. I've been in other AutoZone stores and they don't care as much as they did in this store.

I actually had 2 make w visits to AutoZone this week. The 1st trip was to the location on 99th Ave and Lower Buckeye which had excellent service and the store on yuma and sarival. I will never go to that store, they are lacking customer service skills.

I happened to pass by this AutoZone while on my way to a different one, so I quickly turned into this one and I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Eldon and he was so nice and very professional. Btw I went in to buy a battery for my vehicle and Eldon helped my find one and also put the battery in. It's so nice to know that good people still exist. Thanks Eldon I really appreciate you!

I want to thank the AutoZone staff for helping with my recent purchase of a transmission. Not only was the staff courteous and knowledgable, but they went far "above and beyond" my expectations when they took the extra step in ensuring that the delivery went well. Had the battery we needed in-stock they are a life saver. Would recommend having papertowels for customers especially in the automotive industry.

Ordered a part online because it said they had one in stock. Got halfway there and they call to say they didn’t, but we’re kind enough to direct me somewhere that did. Since I paid online, they assured me that I’d be refunded. A week later I call and they say I have to drive down there in person to prove that I didn’t pick it up from their store and that I bought it somewhere else. O’Reilley’s just gained a new customer.

EDIT: I called customer service, who said to wait 5 days and it'll be refunded. I waited 5 days, no refund. Went to the store and the person at the register took down my info to give to the manager ensuring I'd receive a call whenever they do their banking stuff on Wednesday's. Didn't receive a call. Waited 5 days, called again and they said to come back into the store the next day when the manager is working. I've jumped through way too many hoops to get back my money for a product that I never picked up. If it's the fault of an employee who is no longer working there (Butch), this should be very easy for a large company to handle. Penny wise, dollar foolish on their part.
