Went there today with a bad battery under auto zone warranty. I was kinda getting ready to be upset or disappointed thinking that I was gonna get the runaround. Awesome service! The store manager I believe his name was Larrion helped me out today testing my battery/alternator/starter when my truck was fritz I explained to him my battery light was blinking and a “service charging system” light started blinking aswell. It was determined the battery was no good and all other components were good to go, Larrion removed and replaced the old battery with the new and got us back on the road again thanks. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an autozone.

Thank you Mr. Roberto for being kind and patient with me today. I came in to get an oil filter and some oil and the part number was different on my phone vs the store.
