21By far the worst autozone I've ever been in.called in to request a part, was told it had been pulled and tagged for me (it wasn't). Got there and had two people who entered the line after me waved up ahead of me, finally get to the counter and it took 20 minutes to get the part off the shelf, it wasn't even in the back.
They were extremely helpful l recommend them. They diagnose my problem give me a price check and help me get my part.
I can understand long lines, especially during rush hour, but when they open up a new register and take people who just walked in the door instead of people who have been waiting in that long line, more than once no less, then it becomes a problem. And by the time I got to the cashier, he barely said two words to me. I felt very unwanted in that store.
They don't answer their phones and when they do they say they are too busy to help you and put you on hold forever
Very helpful staff, very friendly and they allowed me to use a few of their tools to remove a troublesome part on my vehicle.
Just recently called this location in order to receive information about a part I needed and was told to call back later. The representative told that they were to busy. Like really? Why not just not answer the phone or place me on hold. Not very professional at all.
Decent amount of staff. They are ALWAYS willing to help out. Does get busy. An if they dont have it. They do help you track it down in the valley.
Found what I was looking for fairly quickly. Got into the line with two people ahead of me. First guy was a battery check and then next was paying like I was. Was out of there in a very reasonable amount of time considering I've been here before & had to wait longer. All in all this place is great to get parts at and it's close to where I stay. They are very helpful & pleasant to talk to. As well as knowledgeable in what they do.
Very knowledgeable when it comes to auto parts and very courteous very respectful not too long ago but their English needs better training there more Spanish than English which is okay but this isn't Mexico I'm not trying to be racist because I am latino
This place seem to have everything someone would need to work on a vehicle. Quick quality service at affordable price. Staffs here are friendly and amazing.
I like going to AutoZone better that any other autoparts store. It doesn't matter wich one you go to. The employees always seem like they live what they do.
I've been here a few times because it's conveniently close to my house. However all 3 times I've been disappointed. They have young men assisting customers that sometimes have no clue what they're doing. The most recent visit left me furious. They tested by car battery & after an entire day I was told it was defective; no good at all. I was advised to take it elsewhere which I did & was told my battery was in perfect condition. Was told they've had other customers in the same situation. I'd take it to a different Auto Zone who ever is running this one isn't doing a great job.
Went there with my father and they were very courteous and help my father out what would he needed
Waited in line close to 20 minutes while 3 employees helped 2 people find parts and talk about projects. Good customer service would have simply let me checked out.
Everyone was friendly. Omar helped us tremendously, even put the battery on for us. We were so impressed with him that we tried to tip him but he wouldn't take it. Phenomenal employee!
They don't have customer obsession, went there before 11pm and they were close already, got there expecting to be still open wasted my time and gas for them to be close before promised close hour.
Went There After Work Because They Are Supposedly Open Till 11 Rushed To Get There & They Are Closed Lady That Was Still In There Was Looking At Me As If I Was Dumb I Only Wanted Windshield Wipers Might As Well Just Put That Y'all Close At 1045 & Not 11 Its A Pain Specially When You Expect Them To Be Open & They Are Closed
One employee didn't even know what she was talking about which places more work on Luis, taken 30minutes just to get a battery check. Update: Had to return for the same issue. Morning said the battery was fine. Afternoon crew said battery was no good like I thought this morning. Replace battery that had 3 year replacement for free being it's only been a year.
Best Customer Service I've had in years by Luis one of their CSR! I have being there a couple of times and always get help form him! Def go back again!
Had a HORRIBLE experience with a different Autozone store- the guys here had so much patience and actually tried to hear me out before interrupting me- and did their best to fix an issue that they didnt even cause. They have just gained another customer! GREAT customer service! Keep up the great work!
