The manager does not understand the concept of customer service. I run a local shop down the street and will not be using AutoZone anymore. I will take my business to O'Reilly

Dont come here, they don't enforce people to wear there masks. It is a great place to catch some covid.

They were busy at 7pm but the line went by fast. Customers were getting upset at the workers, because they did not have coin change to give back if they were paying cash and were asking that you either pay with exact amount or use their debit card.
So remember be nice to the employees, because it is not their fault that there is a coin shortage. Use your debit card or pay with exact change.

Employees are always friendly and helpful when I go in. Never have to wait long. They are very knowledgeable.

Salesperson and manager saw that I was waiting for a while at the register ready to pay and Instead of help they were just talking about something not work related.

5 stars for being in stock, but 1 star for the lack of employee's. They need to hire nore people. Ibsee this at every store I've been to.

I was in this store with a friend, she had an issue with a OBD reader that was purchased there, the employee was rude & very sexist, my friend wanted to buy or trade it in for a other one that worked but the employee told my friend nothing would work for her unless she had Commonsense, my friend who is a girl is very smart when it comes to automotive, she will never go to auto zone again. I will not go back as well.

I don't know why I can't just grab what I need and head directly to the checkout counter. They had 3 reps at the computers, each one helping a customer. I was the next person in line waiting to pay for 2 bottles of transmission oil. I was in a hurry but didn't get out of there till 32 minutes later.
