I feel compelled to tell my experience with this company. The first technician who came out installed a part incorrectly. 2 days later the AC vent started making the same noise, we called them back, the tech walked in and LISTENED WITHOUT BOTHERING TO ACTUALLY LOOK and diagnosed it INCORRECTLY. Ordered another part which require us to wait. Before the part arrived the AC stopped working on a 110 degree day. Got more parts installed, and now the AC doesn’t go below 84 degrees. I asked them to take their part back so I can have another company fix it as I don’t trust them anymore and they won’t give us a refund! We are out $2,000 and the AC is not working! Wow, beyond disappointed!

Always Friendly and easy to work with. I am on their maintenance plan which is recommended. Get your coils cleaned every 6 months.

My warehouse units went out. They came out within the hour and got us back up. Thank God! From all my warehouse workers Thank you so much!

Had other AC companies diagnose my AC problem and ONLY Mike from Autumn Air H&C found the leak in the system which was at the condenser which was still under warranty. Mike verified the warranty, ordered the parts and replaced the faulty component, tested the system and did not try to over sell me on anything as others had tried.

Can’t say enough about Taylor and Autumn Air! They’ve been my guys for so many years! Taylor is easy going, respectful of my working at home and loves the pups!
