Quiet community with views and easy access to the 202. Unfortunately, I have to give Avilla Lehi Crossing a one star rating.

I had to leave due to an infestation of scorpions that was not properly handled. Please note, there is a lot of citrus trees in the area that attracts them.

Management can be condescending and may opt into make up lies instead of taking accountability.

Another disappointing corporate apartment complex that shows little to no empathy for their residents.

Been here a year now. I’ve had a few service requests come up and the service reps have been very timely in their responses. The management office is easy to talk to and ready to assist. Needless to say I’m satisfied with my experience here.

Moving to Avilla at Lehi Crossing last year was the worst mistake my husband and I could ever make. Management changed after we moved in and she was horrible and demeaning. Do not let any of your friends move in there…. Very expensive

Changing my review after moving out. Not the best place to live if you do not like scorpions, if you have dog (s), dislike unrealistic neighbors, dislike taking care of the yard every other day, and dislike uneducated staff members. The backyard grows an excessive amount of weeds and you’ll find about 4-5 scorpions in your apartment every month (infestation).

I tried cancelling my lease due to mental health and was given the option to cancel my lease using reasonable accommodation (waive move out fees and no 2 month notice required). I did everything I was told for a whole month for them to tell me that it was still not enough.

So happy I left.

I love living here. It's peaceful and safe. I like the area. Management has been nothing but helpful to me and my family. Very nice when talking to them.

Katie W/ management is the BEST! She helped my fiance & kids into a beautiful one bedroom they couldn't be happier! I am a truck driver on the road a lot & the situation works out great.

She was very informative, helpful, patient, & all around just offered a great experience.

Very clean facility, gate key clickers, smart locks, residents very friendly, pool services, amenities you name it, Air conditioner works AMAZING. I'm not sure why some people had a bad time with avilla but so far so good.

Please stay far away from this complex and the managing company. We moved in as a lease takeover and had nothing but negative experiences. They increased our rent over 25% when we went to resign and refused to negotiate the insane increase. There's a massive pest problem and we had ants all summer, even though we kept a clean home. Management was awful to work with in every issue. We were nickel and dimed a repulsive amount of fees. If our neighbors didn't take in their trashcans, the whole community pays a fee. When we finally moved out we were charged a HUGE amount of fees for things that are so trivial. This company is greedy and does not care about their tenants. Also the units are massively overpriced. There's not even light fixtures in the bedrooms. And the base rent is not what you actually pay. There's extra fees and utilities added on, included "trash" fee. Valet trash hardly ever came and yet we paid every month for the " luxury service". Please do not live here, it's not worth it.

I moved to Avilla just over a month ago and so far i have absolutely loved it! Not only is it a clean, safe and quiet environment for my daughter and I to live in but the property manager here is absolutely amazing! Each and every question or concern I have had has been answered in a professional and timely manner. Not to mention all the emotional support Stacy has provided throughout our time here, we are so lucky to have her!
