Avis Car Rental, Chandler AZ

BEWARE, THEY WILL LIE AND ADD EXTRA CHARGES! Atttached is a picture and a video proving I returned my rental on full. They lied on the receipt saying I returned it on empty, and the receipt showed more mileage then I returned it with. They charged me extra because of this, and Avis refuses to do anything about it despite my video proving this location is lying. Never rent from them!

He clearly enjoys what he does and has always gone above and beyond to help provide the best rate. I needed a long term rental which can be pretty expensive with full coverage. Mike took extra time to work with me and find the best rate based on my rental needs. Keep doing what you do Mike. Thanks again for your time, assistance and great Customer Service!

They didn’t return my deposit. They charged my account an additional $200 instead of having it as pending they took the entire amount. Thank THE UNIVERSE I have a bank that is willing to do everything to get my money back. They seem like scam artist anyways

Gentlemen who rented me the car fast and efficient. That being ssid waiting 8 house for a tow truck in a major vity is inappropriate. To give the keys to the tow truck driver. Then they eill provide an Uber gor another rental. With permission I drove to the nearest Avis it's Arizona and hot outside. I got there and if I was unwilling to keep driving a car that I pushed into a parking lot than I could return the csr. The be without then. I handed them their keys. I paid for a csr to run, not a car I hope starts. The c as r aldo smelled like body odor originally so the cleaniless pledge I question.

I wanted to give a great review for our new rental car place. My husband and I usually rent from enterprise down the street but after a mix up on thier part they didnt have a car for us. So I called this place and spoke to michael he said he did in fact have a car for us and gave us a better deal than we had with enterprise. So my husband and i went right over low and behold it was very busy. Michael, Jessica, and Xavier were all so busy and even thoe they had so many customers they were still smiling and working as fast as they could to get everyone token care of. We returned our car today to see michael was alone and still very busy but still made us feel good about or rental. He thanked us and wished us agreat day. I asked where his co workers were and he said they were working another location. Even thoe our trip was short I diffnely will continue to use this place in the future and highly recommend it.

I have to rent regularly for my job and have used this location for quite sometime.

I’ve decided I’m not coming back. I’ll either use another Avis location or just rent from Enterprise half a block away and eat the cost difference. It’s that bad.

Historically the staff have been quite easy to work with and always did what they could to make my experience a good one. This is no longer the case, I keep interacting with the same person and it’s always such a bad interaction I usually end up leaving feeling cheated or generally unwelcome.

If you need to rent a car and appreciate being treated with some sort of respect, this isn’t the place for you.
