The staff here are great. I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes. I only needed a car for the day to go to the Grand Canyon. There is a key box on the wall to return the car after hours.

“Above and beyond”! Thank you, Paul for such wonderful service! We rented a car from Las Vegas to drive to Page, AZ. Midway, the car’s maintenance light came on, plus there was some grinding sound when accelerating. St George Avis said they didn’t have any cars to exchange, nor any maintenance services. We called Paul in Page, AZ who said he was a small facility and didn’t have any cars available at the time, but to leave him our cell number anyway. Paul could have ignored us, but he didn’t! When we arrived in Page he actually called and said a car was available to exchange! Wow! Now why would he want a problemed car? Because he was willing to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Thank you so much Paul for allowing the remainder of our trip stress-free!

I was very frustrated during the course of the rental but the location took care of me in the end by reducing the rate. The wiper blade should have been replaced before it was rented as it was flopping all over and not safe to drive.

Life savior! We came in quite stressed out with our avis car (rented in SF and supposed to take us to LA) whose engine light went on… The man in charge was super nice and checked everything… it was actually nothing but what a relief! Thanks again!

Friendly accommodating staff. Easy in and out. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend calling and reserving a vehicle in advance!

Tried calling this location while stranded with an Avis/Budget rental car in Page. Instead of offering help, suggestions or assistance, we were met with snarky attitudes, short responses, and a list of reasons why they couldn’t help us. Absolutely terrible customer service— we were not looking for anything for free, just perhaps some compassion.

Da representatives were AWESUM N was so PROFESSIONAL treated me w. KINDNESS 100%, NO HASSLES!

Guy is super rude. He yelled at me n I am not a client. He created animosity between n other staff in the airport. I did not appreciate being treated so unfairly considering I needed help from contour not Avis.

My wife and I reserved online only 15 min before we got our rental.the whole process was painless and quick.the only part that took us awhile was choosing which car we wanted to use.but all in all, quick and painless like I stated before

By far the best rental car experience I have ever had! Both of the gentlemen I delt with were quick, helpful & friendly. I got a great rate while my truck was in the shop and a ride to drop off and pick up. Excellent customer service!

The owner of this AVIS went out of his way to be helpful, even though we were not renting a car from this location. When my wife and I called him after renting a car from AVIS in Phoenix that had a gas cap missing and an illuminated check engine light, he told us to stop by, checked the engine and gave us a spare gas cap. As an independently-owned AVIS, he didn’t need to help us but was nonetheless very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended if you are looking to support a local business owner and have a great experience.

Worker at this location could not explain why the quoted price we had at reservation was hundreds of dollars less than what was on his computer. The lady who helped us in Vegas immediately recognized that the corporate discount had fallen off and corrected the price to meet our initial quotation. If you get differing prices at this location compared to your online reservation, definitely double check.

Nothing available at the time and plan ahead. Other then that a good place to rent for the weekend.

Our car broke down at the dam while we were sight seeing. It was 5 minutes before 5pm when I called Avis to get a rental car. Paul was so very kind and stayed late until the tow truck could get me to the airport to rent a car for a couple days until we could figure how to get home to salt lake. Thank you Paul for your kindness! I don't know what we would have done if he hasn't answered the phone! The fee was so low to rent the car and it was clean and ran very well!

The team at this Avis location was exceptional! After our Enterprise Rental broke down and they did not respond to support and/or resolve our situation, this team stepped up. They secured us a one way rental so that we could make our way to Phoenix to fly home to Florida. Their support prevented thousands of dollars in missed reservations and changes we would have had to make otherwise. I can’t thank them enough for their support and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond and showed genuine concern for our family. Thank you!
