Az DMV Inspection Station

So I showed up at 230 pm and there was two cars in the parking lot when I was stopped from going inside I was told I had to make an appointment the guard said if I called right now I could probably get in about a week. I asked what's going on and he said all the employees are scared that's why I guess these public servants are not really public servants. Meanwhile other people seem to be able to go to work Why the heck can't DMV

I went to get my vehicle emission and when I got there its was close. Even though it says that there open until 7pm. It's 5: 33 right now

I apparently had an unprecedented situation that nobody had figured out how to handle quite yet, having failed the no contact inspection. I got nowhere at the Chandler location, but the people here were incredibly helpful by contrast. They were very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I got the regular OBD inspection that I needed to renew my registration.

I like this location because it's close to my job, and they go pretty fast. Customer service is good even when they are busy.

Great location, everyone wants to get home from the down town area and this station is very fast for emmisions.

For the 1st time there was no lines! I was in and out in 10 minutes! That was amazing. The lady that helped me was super nice and helpful

Came on Saturday morning 10am and i was out by 10: 10, the lines were about 4 vehicles in all 3 bay doors. The technicians were fast and professional.

Conveniently located, fast, simple process, the technician was Nice and professional. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Went through emissions 05.08.18 at lunch time-was sure it was gonna be at least an hour. The employee was an older gentleman on my inspection report his inspector number was 3902-super job buddy! Was in and out in 10 minutes!

Easiest and friendly ppl fast as lightning I was in and out in literally 5 min and that was with two cars ahead of me.

Quick, smooth and ofc effortless on my part. Love the new "if check engine light is on, go away" signs.

Being in line sucked BUT the inspecting technicians definitely had positive attitudes for the unhappy line waiters.

We were in line to be next, and a serial killer- looking employee put us behind three cars. My girl was mad! I couldn't go anywhere! It was hot! I Got mad! ! Awful experience! ! ##

I went to have my emissions done. I used the website to look at the wait times. I went in the middle of the month on a Friday at about 4 pm and didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The workers were friendly and efficient.

What's there to like about vehicle emissions testing? Given that it's mandatory, it wasn't too bad. In the same way that, once you get used to it, living in a van down by the river isn't too bad.

Worst sevice ever has three lanes one 1996 newer and two other the same had three vehicles behind me third lane closed they opened third lane the vehicles behind me went for the same reason i asked them way i wasn't moved over the guy said the other guy didnt like front qheel drive so i was in 109 temp for 15 extra mins because the hire stupid ass employees and they still had problems testing it go cheap labor good job Phoenix

An isolated station down by the Salt River.wait times are usually pretty good because less people use it. Although if enough people read this review they may not be for long.
