Equipment not available at first location I called but they checked other locations and located what needed. Staff was efficient and friendly. In initial transaction and subsequent extension went smoothly. Return was equally hassle free.

I didn't like calling trying to get supplies and I was turned down. I told them that, per the info I got from the company if I didn't take care of the machine then I might have to pay for it. I needed some pillows for my cpap machine and filters. The 4 people I spoke to said I couldt have them it wasn't time to order them. I called my srs office and explained this and the young lady who helps me called the reordering dept. In the meantime I went to a medical supply company and bought my own. It cost me ALOT 24.99 for 1 pillow which my INS would have paid for but NO one would let me order then. As I have said they kept saying it was too early. This is totally wrong. I will continue to order my supplies from them because my INS has approved me too. They need to learn PT care. The 4 people I talked to only 1 was nice the others need to learn how to treat PTs and not just write us off.

$75.00 to drive 22 minutes, no installation or instruction book, and then told to look it up on YouTube for the setup

The employees were all very knowledgable and helpful. I felt no pressure to buy but felt confident in the recommendations.

We rented a power chair and had the whole day planned, Unfortunately the chair was not fully charged when we received it
which hampered our plans.

I went to their old shop to find they had moved but found their new store and it is a nice clean and stocked store and the people were great and helpful.

My mother needed oxygen. We rented from them. Then they picked it up, claiming a latch was broken, maybe they should talk to their people who pick up. The oxygen machine was always in the same place, never moved yet they want to charge us for a latch. The person I talked to was the rudest person I've ever talked to. My mother has stage 5 cancer, and for someone to accuse you of something, that never happened, is so out of this world. I don't know maybe the needed Christmas money. But do not rent from them especially if you ask for a pick up because, they just toss it in the truck and then try to charge you for it
I do not have room in my lufe or the situation. I would warn anyone not to use mediquip in chandler.

David has been so helpful. Kind caring and super well informed. The delivery of the items was great and the guys were very knowledgeable about the equipment we got. All good.

Quick delivery, always answer phone calls when called, very thorough with what you are getting as ordered by your doctor and detailed description how and when to use or apply it.

They were very polite, very professional, very helpful, and did not give me any problem about me having to return an item

Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended a better wheelchair for my needs than the one I initially decided on, which saved me a decent amount of money. I recommend them to anyone who needs medical equipment.
