AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was fantastic and very professional. We had previously gotten a quote from another company and AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC showed us how the other company had tried to not only charge us too much, but had in fact tried to sell us a larger heater than what we needed. He got us the right one, and saved us a lot of money in the process. I would strongly recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC.

I don't think there's a plumbing company in the valley that can beat the price for the quality. Good work, amazing value, and Cody is seriously the best.

He did a wonderful job. He wore a mask at all times and covered his shoes as not to dirty our floors. He was very nice and respectful. I would request him for any future plumbing jobs.

In the age of covid 19, having anyone in the house is scary. But the plumber was courteous and very efficient. Cleaned up after. I had a leak in my upstairs bath tub. Apparently the seal was cracked. Either way, good job and I would use them again. I went by good reviews and he didn’t disappoint.

I was replacing a dishwasher with a new one. A reconfiguration of the hot water line and waste line was required to accept the new machine and there was a small leak that required immediate repairs. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was the first to respond. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC came within 3 hours and fixed the leak, replaced the shutoff and adjusted the waste pipe fairly quickly. He did an excellent job and tested the line before he left. He provided excellent instructions of what to do after the new dishwasher was installed and before I had the exposed pipes closed up.

I researched so many companies Mike the owner and
Arkadi the tech from start to finish I am so impressed by the both of them fantastic work price andfollow through I would definitely receive them and use them again JOB WELL DONE!

If I could I would give zero stars. The plummers had to come out three times because they never completed the work. They always seemed to be in a hurry. All three times came at least 2 hours late from scheduled time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

Marat's team did a great job on our renovation project. Marat was very professional and responsive. Not only he delivered quality service but he also provided helpful suggestions which saved us money. We will definately work with Marat in the future.

I am the owner of an Italian Restaurant “Pizza A Metro”. We have ran into a plumbing problem on Friday, the busiest day of the week. Our main water drain got plugged. We couldn’t use either the dishwasher nor sink. It was a complete disaster. I have called multiple companies, including our own plumber. 3 people showed up from 2 different companies and nobody was able to fix our problem. Luckily I was referred to Az Preferred Plumbing LLC. Marat was very professional and prompt. He sent out a technician within an hour. Ryan came out, evaluated the problem and fixed it. I was extremely happy with the promptness, customer service, delivery and affordable pricing. Fired my plumber and definitely will be using this company in the future. I am apprehensive about calling any plumber or handyman since I am not adverse in it. They walked me through everything and helped me understand my issue and how to fix it. They gave me concept so I could understand pricing and felt at easy knowing what I am paying for. Second time calling them and worth it!

In addition to the review I have written about 1 year ago, Preferred Plumbing once again came to the rescue and on New Year's Day of all days! After getting the RUN AROUND by the Home Warranty I pay big $$ for each year, I called Mark (Marat) at Preferred and he sent out one of his service technicians immediately. Ryan was extremely professional and friendly. In addition to those characteristics, he did a great job and got things working again. Once again thanks Mark and Company for a job well done and well deserved accolades for being and offering the quality and timely service today. You obviously have earned our trust and business for future jobs! Thanks and Happy New Year!

Az Preferred (Mark) came out and performed service on a few items that needed it. He got it all done in a very timely manner and was extremely professional. In addition, he answers ALL phone calls and is an excellent communicator. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely candid about what was needed. Az Preferred does an honest job and does not overcharge or try to up-sell the customer on needless items. I will use them in the future on my personal and rental properties. It is hard to find service folks that have integrity. Az Preferred will remain at the top of my contact list for all my plumbing needs! Kudos to Preferred!

Came out almost within an hour of making the phone call and were earlier than the time frame they gave. I called for water pressure issue and wound up getting all sorts of things taken care of. Very polite and intelligent.

AZ Preferred Plumbing is the company to go with! They came out immediately and inspected my hot water heater. They are prompt and replaced it right away for me! They kept the work area incredibly clean and before I knew it they were done with the job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had our backyard start flooding due to a broken hose spicket. It detached completely from the wall broken copper pipe and all! We had to shut off our water! THANK YOU to Mike for EVERYTHING he did to get our water back on and fixed the day before Thanksgiving on short notice and affordable too! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY Responsive! Highly recommend!

Called az preferred plumbing on Sunday to replace water heater. Marat was great with communication. Nick was sent to do the replacement. Nick was professional and knowledgeable.job was done on time. This was second time use if az preferred, will use in the future also. Thank you.

These plumbers were a godsend. Hard to find hard working and quality professionals in any industry today, so we were beyond thrilled to find them. They are keepers! Mike and Nick fixed a slab leak at our rental property and corrected all the shoddy work from a handyman, that caused the leak. Ugh! They then came to our residence and did the same. The good news is that they made corrections BEFORE things could explode and cause a mess, plus many thousands of dollars in damage. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about these respectful gentleman. Have a plumbing need? You HAVE to give these guys a call.
