Although constantly busy, PetVet cares for the animals in its care. Dr. Chetner took her time getting to know my pet and listening to my concerns. She gave me a care plan that was in my pet's best interest and didn't try to force me into doing anything unnecessary. Her techs were wonderful as well, giving me an update on how my pet did during their vaccinations and next steps. Further, when we go in for grooming, Ashley cares for my pet like it's her own. She's calm, caring, patient, and professional.

I highly recommend her that to anybody they've taken very good care of our fur baby and I have no complaints

Yesterday was one of the scariest days for our senior pup. We were rushed in by our neighbor after an accident to 7139 E. Thunderbird Rd. From the second we walked in I knew that everything was going to be okay. We were immediately taken in and our sweet boy urgently inspected. All the staff and Dr Balsley were beyond amazing, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. They listened, asked all the right questions and made us feel safe. Today we had our follow up visit and we’re once again made to feel safe and truly cared for. Thank you to each and every singe one of the amazing women who looked in on on Stuart and I. We are on the road to recovery and grateful for all your care, support and professionalism. We highly recommend the incredible team at 7139 E. Thunderbird Rd.

Let me tell you just a little something about this place I took my 1 year old pug who was pregnant and having trouble delivering her babies to blue pearl animal hospital they quoted me $5000 and told me I would have to pay it up front when I told them I could not afford to do that they told me they would give her some pain medicine and for me to take her home and keep her comfortable pretty much take her home and keep her comfortable until she dies what kind of hospital says that So they charge me $317 for an x-ray and some pain medicine I brought my dog home crying the next Morning I called the pet vet They saved my baby's life and her baby's life and then put me on a payment plan they cared enough to save my baby if you need any kind of medical treatment for your animals don't go anywhere but here they will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and so that you can pay overtime without any stress of losing your baby blue pearl animal hospital was willing to let my baby die This place Saved her life they are great I love them more than words could ever say and I will scream from the highest mountain go here no where else

They were so helpful an loving towards my dog he needed a good amount of stitches an it was clean an nicely done

Took my diabetic kitty Bubba Bear for help crossing over the rainbow bridge. They were kind, compassionate, and VERY patient with me. They gave me all the time that I needed to say goodbye. They also took his little paw prints for me. I'm beyond grateful for their services.

Everyone was great chief felt comfortable around them.its Almost like he looks forward to seeing them. He has a bad bone infection. They are really taking care of chief. They'll call and check up to see how he's doing.

The best vets I've ever been to. We had to send an old guy who lost a fight, over the Rainbow Bridge. They were amazing and made a traumatic thing bearable. We had our boy cremated, and we got him back a beautiful box and were shown so much compassion. It really helps that they do in-house financing. I take my other 9 cats and 2 dogs there as well.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Scheduling tries to get you to be seen within a reasonable amount of time and they try to accommodate requests as best they can.
My fur babies are not the friendliest but they seem to be calm during their exams.

They have friendly staff even though one of the workers stepped on one of the young chickens which obviously killed the poor chicken

Super nice! They took a look at the two kittens I found and saw them when there was a cancelation.

Absolute Sweethearts. I came in 5 minutes before close 99.9% positive they would turn me away, to my pleasant surprise they gave us a quick triage to determine whether my pup needed more extensive care. I cannot express how much I appreciated this, my pup ending up having a very serious condition. Thanks to their advice I took my pup to the ER, where they were able to treat her symptoms and make her last days a bit more comfortable. That visit with AZPet give our family 2 more days with her so we could all say our Goodbyes. Thank you to the lovely people there who gave us those extra few minutes!

Nice big waiting room. The Vets are great as they take time with you and your pal. They offer grooming services as well. Prices are comparable to other veterinary practices. Saturday hours too.

I brought my sick cat and the vet says he has pancreatitis.then sent him home. Telling me to force feed him. He was severely dehydrated so they pumped him with fluid but that didn't help either. They said 48 hours if not feeling any better bring him back in. Well he passed away in my arms in pain. His cry killed me. I lost faith with this vet and will never go to them again.
