Azul is amazing! Gayle is wonderful and I love everyone in the office. Maintenance has been great and takes good care of my needs. I’m so happy I chose to live here over all the other places I’ve looked. The pool is super fun and I love meeting new friends in the area. Great place to call home overall!

Stephanie and her team are great! I'm always welcomed with a smile from either Stephanie, Jill, Gayle, or Macy; when I have to go to the leasing office.

My neighbor's A/C went out and the Service guys were on it and got everything fixed quickly. You'd never get that kind of service in a home (without dropping major $$$$).

The property is clean and quiet. I always feel safe and love my neighbors.

Beautiful property. It feels like you are living at a resort. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love being able to chat with Jill and Gayle whenever I have to pick up my packages. Macy has also been helped me with the online rent payments.

I am currently a resident at the apartment next door to this complex (Borrego) which is run by the same company. One of the residents at Azul has received my package and is not taking it to the office at Azul, my issue is how dismissive and quite rude the office staff has been here. I called 3 times today at various times to attempt to see if my package was taken there yet and my calls are being ignored. I would like to mention Jill specifically as well who has gotten snappy with my boyfriend and myself regarding this situation and has still not given me a call with an update as she said she would. Not very happy, luckily we have had a much better experience at the Borrego side as they are very professional and attentive.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Azul. This place has truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am sad to be leaving such a great community!

The office staff here is absolutely amazing. They make you feel like part of a community by greeting you by name every time you walk in. It's a small gesture, but it goes a long way in making you feel welcome and valued as a resident, especially in such a large community. They are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Jill, Michelle, and Stephanie are the best!

Maintenance is another standout feature here. I've never experienced such efficient and thorough service in any other apartment complex. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they've been incredibly prompt in addressing it. Plus, they take the time to explain what they're doing and why, so I now feel confident I can unclog a disposal or clean out a dryer vent if the situation presents itself!

Overall, this has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The fixtures were well-maintained, new, plush carpet was installed prior to move-in, and the paint job was far from the typical "landlord special" I'm used to seeing. I don't think I'd ever live in an apartment that wasn't a Mark-Taylor again. I can't recommend it enough.

Poor management, and poor maintenance. They don't communicate with the renter on when they come into your home, and then email you asking how they did on your maintenance request when they haven't even done anything. They over water the grass to basically make most grassy areas a swamp. They have a history of towing innocent people's vehicles and they won't reimburse towing fees if they are the ones making the mistake. They have a community app that allows you to talk to your neighbors, but you can't post a single thing without their approval. We also had referred a friend of ours live here, and they never gave us the bonus for having a referral. I have witnessed this place for the last year transition into tyranny. They threatened to charge people fees and even eviction if you hung house plants or lights or decorations of any kind off your patio. They call themselves a luxury apartment community, but there really isn't anything here that is incomparable to any other apartment complex. I would seriously consider looking somewhere else for rent if you have options. I wish I did. This place has been a waste of $24,000 a year.

Our experience so far at Azul has been incredible thanks to Jill. We love our unit & it’s super close to the dog park which is nice for our pup. We had a hiccup in the beginning with assigned parking, but Jill went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted & that we were taken care of super fast. Haven’t had any issues with pests or anything in need of repair. The whole moving in process was fast and easy. Neighbors are pretty quiet & friendly. Overall, super glad we moved here:)

Enjoyed Kelsey’s company today touring the property. Residents were friendly and helpful too. Kelsey was informative about the perspective leasing process.

The office staff and maintenance staff have continuously dropped the ball. I placed a request on 1/6 to have someone come out and look at my dryer and the front office nor the maintenance team ever contacted me to set up a time to come out. On 1/16 I emailed them to get an update on my request after calling the front office several times and them not answering nor getting back to my voicemails. They emailed me the next day that they “weren’t sure” what was causing the delay and would contact the service manager and get back to me. And then never did. I emailed again on the 25th after again not hearing back and then they never responded. I called several times and they apparently aren’t ever available to pick up the phone nor return voicemails. Not everyone is available to go down to the office, I don’t understand how they aren’t available by phone or email. I finally got someone on the phone and they scheduled someone to SHOW UP on 1/30 from 1-3 pm. Finally on 1/30 I am waiting for the maintenance staff to SHOW UP and they never do. I get a call from a NO CALLED ID number at 2: 45 pm and they leave me a voicemail asking what time they can show up and to call them back but they don’t leave a call back number. You cannot call back no caller id numbers and apparently the staff doesn’t know this. Why are they even calling? They’re already scheduled to show up by the front office staff. It seems like they’re very unorganized and the front staff doesn’t even know what is going on with the maintenance staff vise versa. It’s amazing how they continuously drop the ball on this one simple request. Also I’ve already emailed this in so don’t bother replying to connect with management via email.

This place isn't worth the money they charge. Our rent is going up another 100 this year, 1800 seems excessive for a 1 bedroom (after taxes and water and whatever) especially when az will be experiencing a 25% drop in home prices this year.
