I came here for my RE exam, this was my first time here but second time taking the test.my exam was scheduled for 7am, showed up by 6: 30 but the lady did not come open up the doors until 6: 50. (The exam does not start until you are in front of the computer and press start). If your exam is early I recommend eating before. I was able to bring in my water bottle in the testing room. They also gave me a dry erase board with a maker and eraser. I brought in my own calculator but I believe they have some there for you to use (at least the other testing center did). Everything else had to leave in the car. This place inside is outdated, but clean for how it looks. I left comfortable nonetheless and even passed if that means anything.

Took my state real estate exam here. Staff made the process seamless and quick. I recommend this place!

I took my real estate license exam there. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the chairs. When taking a three hour long test, having a comfy chair would be nice.

I really enjoyed my experience today at this facility…the gentleman named Alex was very helpful and super friendly which is always a big plus…I definitely recommend this place!

Arrived 30 minutes ahead of my 9am test, per e-mailed instructions. B&B is an authorized test provider for Pearson Vue. Upon confirming this exam’s payment online, I received an e-mailed checklist of items to bring to my testing location. Among these items were copies of my 90 hour certificate completion and contract writing certificate. Nothing about printed copies was noted in the pre-checklist e-mail. Here is a snippet from said email with the exact verbiage on the subject “In addition, please bring your original pre-licensing certificate”. Since the original certificate was was in PDF form, I saved it to my mobile device not thinking we would be asked for physical copies in the era of Covid-19. Representative of B&B kept repeating that they are not Pearson Vue and the rules are to bring a physical copy. I asked if I can forward my certificate via email to their office for a physical copy. This request was denied. There was very little help offered - I was handed a piece a paper with a UPS address for printing, but this store did not open until 9am. Staying solution focused and knowing that the pre-checklist email stated a 15 minute maximum late arrival, I asked the B&B representative if I can run to UPS and be back before 9: 15am (again, exam was scheduled for 9am). B&B rep repeated that they are not Pearson and I have until 9am to be back. This is the same rep that ‘helped’ saying I can go to UPS and print out physical copies.

Will be calling Pearson Vue when their offices open next week about reimbursement for this incident. The language used in the pre-exam checklist was too ambiguous as I brought all the required items and was still not allowed to test.

Disappointed.

The staff was super friendly and there is a great focus on sanitation practices. The testing room was quiet and I was able to complete my test with zero difficulty. I would choose this location for testing again if it's offered.

This place was great. I took my professional educator exam, the two guys there were quick and made everything go smoothly. Recommend this place.
