My experience with the Baccus Group was beyond my expectations!

I purchased my home entirely remotely from across the country and the team was extremely understanding of that challenge. This also being my first home purchase, my agent Kiley ensured she understood my budget, home space needs, neighborhood preferences, and more so my time was not wasted and the home ultimately selected was the perfect fit!

Isabell, who organized virtual showings, provided complete transparency with her thoughts on each of the properties and their surrounding neighborhood - this honesty was crucial with me being remote throughout. I put absolute trust in her judgement and it proved worth it!

To round it all out, Eric set me up for success immediately after the contract was accepted by keeping me updated with the several time-sensitive documents that needed to be signed and outlining all the additional steps I needed to take prior to move-in (recommended utilities setup, HOA connections, etc).

I can't thank this team enough and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!
