Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, Tucson AZ

Had a very yummy meal here. It was busy for lunch but the food came out very fast. The pasta salad is SO good. And the service was fantastic.

Ordered to extra grilled sandwiches. Luke warm at best. Worst grilled cheese ever! It was 1 pm so not terribly busy. $26 for 2 sandwiches was a complete waste of money. One star for friendly staff.

I was unhappy with the counter service we received by Betsy. We ordered 2 California BLT'S and in the moment trying to decide if we wanted chips as well plus two drinks. We decided on only one bag of chips but before swiping for payment made a last second decision on adding another bag. Betsy scoffed and had this look of inconvenience written all over her face for our request. I was so surprised on her reaction I immediately responded with "never mind it's okay" as she was proceeding to add to our order. I repeated again never mind and I think she picked up on that her demeanor and behavior was uncalled for for such a small request. After payment, I realized I forgot to also add a brownie 'to go' but my experience that I had earlier prevented me from wanting to order anything else. I hope Betsy does better for this establishment.

Amazing sandwich. Good iced tea, chips and cookie were really good too. Was expensive in my opinion but the food was good.

Love their grilled sandwiches. They are a bit pricey but worth it for the taste. This location offers diet and zero calorie soda options. I ordered "The Cowboy, " and the chicken was cooked thoroughly, and they added a ranch dipping sauce to the bag. It even came with a cookie.

I ordered a almost rueben sandwich today. Usually Baggins is amazing and yummy. Don't know who made my sandwich today but it was terrible. Hardly any meat, only grilled a little bit on one side, no thousand island dressing and on Italian white bread instead of the toasted marble rye. Not at all worth $13.00. It will be a while before my coworkers and I order there again. They also were not happy with their sandwiches.

This local chain has very tasty sandwiches, delicious side salads (the Chinese sesame noodle is fantastic, and so is the potato salad with bacon), and amazing desserts (their carrot cake is to die for). Also, I am completely addicted to their cinnamon iced tea. They have yummy soups and salads, as well. The service is not always the best but is usually decent.

This is for the Williams Center location. They're always reliable; food is prepared fresh and portions are generous. Always the free cookie, which is a bonus!

Completely Burnt
I went to the Williams Center Baggins and picked up the special of the day. The cashier was nice and friendly. When I arrived at my destination and opened my sandwich I was in disbelief that the cook would wrap this sandwich up and let it out the door. As you can see from the photo, though the contents were a great combination of flavors, the bread was completely burnt on both sides. Use caution and check your sandwich before leaving if you take the risk of ordering here.

They refused to take my cash. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to not take someone's currency.

Picked up the daily special to go for lunch. When I arrived at my destination, I was so surprised and disappointed. I could not believe the cook would wrap up a sandwich that was so badly burned and allow it to go out the door. The contents of the sandwich was great, but the bread was so burned that it was inedible.

I have ordered several times from here for delivery and I usually order the same sandwich Veggie and I usually order 2 so I have one the next day. Well on my second sandwich this time I bit into a piece of avocado skin. Wasn't to happy.

Love their Chinese Sesame salad. Their sandwiches are good too. Service is good for what it is. I need to try their salads sometime. They look good.

Entered near ten, it was not crowded.definitely worth a return visit.bring your hunger - portions are generous.

This 1 star review is difficult to swallow, because normally Baggin's is one of my favorite sandwich places in town. We ordered food at 2: 30 pm for delivery and didn't receive it until 4: 56 pm. In between that 2+ almost 3 hour wait we kept calling and were given a slew of excuses. To make a long story short after dealing with a very unenthusiastic employee we were offered a pastry on our next order to make up for this inconvenience. (we don't eat pastries). Before I decided to pull a Karen and write this review I was wiling to blow it all off and go on with my day but even the sandwich wasn't good: (- end of rant

Not gluten free even though they say they have a gluten free menu. The order takers have no clue how to do gluten free. And after being specific about what I needed them to do, they put a cookie in my bag. I totally understand not knowing what to do for gluten free, but don't put out a gluten free menu then.

This is my favorite Baggin's in Tucson. It's much bigger and has a few extra things other stores don't have. In particular the Chicken Rojo here is better than the rest because it is served on a croissant which is not available at any other store.

Other than that, the staff are always great and I've never had issues for the several years I've been going.

First of all the customer service is always great and the options of food (sandwiches.etc.) Is awesome I always try to go there and enjoy the food and how it is in general great job to the people that are doing amazing every day thank you
