Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches reviews
16 Well handled situation by Manager
As I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff (manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her "no you don't need to charge me" she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.
Food was delicious. I had the chicken Caesar salad, my wife the roast beef and we loved both. Our two desserts were fantastic. I had the lemon cake, nice and moist and great icing. She had the cream cheese iced brownie. A great experience overall.
Just 2nd time I’ve been here, just seems really dysfunctional. My order was to be ready, got there it wasn’t even started. Taking lunch to my son and he has a limited time for lunch. Just really disappointed. They weren’t even that busy, but they seemed scattered and stressed out. I know when she says 5 minutes it’s going to be 20.
Ruby, the GM, REALLY cares about her team. It was my first time at a Baggin’s. The team was short staffed behind the counter, and the customer in front of us was rather impatient and rude to the cashier. Ruby stepped in and stood up for her team and backed them up 100%. The food was pretty good too! As a business owner, I know the importance of having your team’s back, and they have that going on.
Great food and even better service! The sandwiches were very high quality at a fair price of $10-$15. I want to give specific praise to the woman behind the counter, I believe it was Kassey/Cassey/Kacia (I'm so sorry for butchering the spelling). Anyways she provided exceptional service to us and every customer that came along while we ate. I was blown away at the dedication and knowledge of her job she exhibited. She was quick to offer assistance and optional recommendations upon request. The few moments between customers she was hard at work keeping the place perfectly clean and presentable. I would be surprised if she wasn't a manager or a shift lead, if she isn't I would definitely recommend the upper management consider it:) All around it was a great experience and will be recommending it.
Nice environment. Clean friendly staff. My misunderstanding, I thought It was gonna be a gourmet sandwich. Again my mistake I will concede but I do feel like I could make a better sandwich at home. For 15 dollars (chips and drink). I would reevaluate maybe if the sandwich was toasted? Grilled cheese with ham? That sounds better again, I was taken by surprise. I don't know what I expected from "ham and cheese sandwich". But it isn't fancy or gourmet far from, but the price is premium. I'm just confused? What does this place offer? Am I missing something on the menu? Are there any soups or sandwiches that are known to be favorites? What makes this place gourmet?
Fast and friendly- *PRO TIP* Order online for even faster service and get greeted with coupons. I love the Cowboy Sandwich and my hubby enjoys the Southwest tuna. Love the bonus cookie:) Thanks for being wonderful!
I haven't been here but do not wish to after hearing what coworkers said about poor staff behavior and overpriced bad quality food.
Having been to most/all of their locations I like the size and atmosphere here. Tasty food, pretty quick and as healthy as you want to make it.
I've gone in the past and ordered lettuce wrapped sandwhichs from other locations. They said they didn't do it, was not happy about that
AMAZINGLY FRESH UNFORGETTABLE! Still seems quiet as B4 they had the fire, a lot of people were there. Guess once everyone realizez itz open again, they'll be booming.
ONE major problem tho.
13.00$ for just 1 unforgettable sandwich. UGH¡¡¡ can't eat here much, but really, the prices are Unforgettable ¡! ¡!
33$ for 2 sandwiches.
Really welcoming & accommodating staff. Sandwhich & soup were fresh & delicious. Music was a bit loud, but they were playing good pop tunes so I can't complain.
Ordered 2 sandwiches. When I got home there was only 1 in the bag. When I went back to get the other sandwich I didn't even get an apology. The Hopi chicken now has avocado spread instead of slices and was NOT made on sourdough bread. The Cheesesteak sandwich smelled old and spoiled. My cat wouldn't even eat it.
Managers don’t wear hairnets and we’re grabbing food with their bare hands.shanley remade everything and was perfect but i will not be returning
First time visit. Staff was friendlyish. A little pricy for just a sandwich. Didn't realize they had a special until after I ordered. Not the worst experience.
Had an awesome meal, I got the Cowboy sandwhich which was the best sandwich I've ever had. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the foul language from a couple of the female staff. Having said that I will most definitely be back!
