The person who came to install our carpet was top notch. He was on time, professional, and incredibly hard working - got a lot of work done in a short amount of time and left everything clean and looking wonderful.

Service and follow through here was first class. In my first, mostly informational visit to the store, the assistance provided knowledgeable information and patience with showing different flooring options and offering information on each. My second visit to simply purchase some flooring time to match existing flooring elsewhere. They were the preferred vendor so it didn't require much decision making or questions. The customer service was excellent with ordering and the distribution was also excellent with their follow up and allowing for a timely pick up.

Spent months trying to get flooring needed. Everyplace I went to found perfect flooring. Waited months for them to get in stock, and with tue pandemic made it worse after 6 months waiting, One weekend stopped at baker brothers found some nice flooring and three days later I purchased the flooring amd within a few weeks I was able to pick it up, They went out of there way to make sure I got the flooring in a short amount of time. Great customer service

Just got our 2nd custom rug from Baker Bros. We absolutely love it - and are so happy we could design our own rug in the right size and pattern that we needed. Kimberly in the Scottsdale showroom was so helpful. I highly recommend them!

We had utilized this Baker Bros.store a few years ago. They still have a great selection of carpets The quality is excellent and appreciated. We had purchased a runner rug a year ago and enjoyed its durability and plush look. We needed a more durable rug in our living room. Our small dog would lay on the rug and cause some dirt marks with the oil of her body that required professional carpet cleaning. We were able to purchase a 12' x 12' Rushmore style durable rug for this area. We were fortunate to purchase mid January and have our new rug installed mid February. New rug was in stock. Recommended for this rug was a quality Scotch guard heavy duty pad underneath. Best advice especially for a young puppy in the house. The communication from Mark Breedlove, Design Consultant before, during, and after was excellent. Baker Bros installer Chapo is the best. Came exactly when advised. He was professional, courteous, hard working, and many years of experience. Highly recommend Baker Bros at 32nd & Bell Phoenix.

Great Experience in the Scottsdale Location. Kimberly helped us find a product that was in stock; matched closely a floor i had liked from 10 years ago; arranged for a 1 box order so i could see samples in size (yes had to buy it even if i passed but small investment on large floor project). Service was outstanding and they stored the floor until we were ready to install. Absolutely a perfect experience.

Great experience! Karla did a wonderful job helping us find an appropriate replacement for the carpet in our bedrooms. The process was very smooth and even with our request for a quick turnaround. Baker Bros may not remember the details, but when we came to see them for the first time in early 2020, I had boring faux dark-wood flooring in mind for our office and employee lounge. Steve (7th st location) was patient with me and my wife and suggested something a bit different…

Light-grey wood, on a limited-time sale, nice rounded-edges on the stairs – it was with their suggestion that we are so THRILLED with the result.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, and we needed to pause construction for (a really long time) months and months… they honored the limited-sale price and kept our flooring safe in the warehouse until we we're ready to restart.

When our GC needed the floors installed quickly, Baker Bros found an opening for their install team to get our floors within the same month.

Brightside Studios and myself are very thankful for Baker Bros (and Steve). We would recommend them to anyone.

We had 3 bedrooms and an office tiled. The tile setters worked hard and kept the areas clean. There was minimal cleaning after the job was done. No more carpet! They even swept out the garage when they were done. Awesome job.

After looking at several other area flooring stores for wood floors, I found myself frustrated and disappointed…not only with the selection, but the high pressure sales experiences you go through at most flooring companies. I had started and stopped the process several times thinking I would just put it off again and deal with my file floors a bit longer, until on a whim I stopped in the Camelback location just before it closed on a Wendesday night and met Kim. Her warmth, humor, knowledge and consultive sales approach was a drastic difference than the situation I had to endure at the place prior. She asked me several questions about my home and what I liked, didn’t liked, and started pulling out samples and then went through process of elimination with me and after feeling like I would not find my floors, she nailed it I found my floors, but she took it a step further and encouraged me to take several large samples homes (I had been offered small samples previously, but it’s really hard to determine what will look good off a 6in square. So I took three home and came back the next day and we purchased phase one for our project which will start in a few weeks. Then we will be working with her on our tile for our bathroom and laundry and then again the wood floors for the main rooms of our home.
I can’t say enough good things about Kim, except you need to keep her, as a person who manages sales people she is good. She is the kind of person that people like me will come back to over and over again because we can trust her and she is good at what she does.
Bonus was she got us in well below our budget on this first phase of our renovation, which will end up getting her more of our business faster because she has built that trust with us. Thank you so much Kim for your patience and knowledge the past couple days, we cannot wait to continue our journey with you!

The two gentlemen who installed my carpeting worked so well together and were very professional. They were very kind to me and were a joy to deal with. They did an excellent job and were done sooner than I expected. I would highly recommend Baker Bros. From the showroom help picking out just what I needed to the install, a great experience all the way.

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered tile in early March (6 pieces) from a sample in the store. What was received was not even close to the sample in the store. You expect certain variation differences to a degree but this was really off, a complete different color and design. THEY DO NOT REFUND no matter what even if they send the wrong tile. We were never told that upon ordering that it is non-refundable. So we were stuck with picking something else out from the samples available and hoping what they'd send would be what the sample actually looked like this time. We finally received all 6 pieces yesterday July 19th. Not even close to what we wanted. If I had known that this is how Baker Brothers operates I would have walked away immediately. The tile is not even close, I would have rather gone to Home Depot and picked out something not even close to matching, since that is what we got anyway and paid much less and our project would have been done in March. Finally 4 months later we are able to fix the damaged tile with the most expense tile that is not even close to what we wanted. We are just want to be done with Baker Brothers and this whole experience. Worst customer service ever.
