I am a new patient and the front desk agents helped me to do my blood work immediately and set up an appointment for me. They are very professional, and very friendly. I went to Chandler office. Thank you

The waiting room was empty, which was nice, but the paperwork was long. Would have been nice to be able to fill this out on line prior to arriving. I also find it very interesting that you cannot talk about the process or options with someone prior to doing blood work. Even if what you discuss isn't 100% specific to you because they don't have your blood work yet, if would make one feel a bit more comfortable to understand the process and what to expect without going into it blind. After doing the blood work I was told appts.are a month + out to see a provider.

Dr. Rago and his team are amazing. Dr. Rago was able to read my labs and know exactly what I need to get back to feel normal again. I went from sleepy and gaining weight month by month to more energy and loosing weight. I am so grateful my PCP referred me to this wonderful establishment.

Dr Rago is amazing. He is very detailed on explaining how everything works to a T! Every question I have he breaks it down so I understand what I am taking

One of the Most amazing Doctors, especially; in today’s world where money is everything and quality of service and care is literally disappearing, especially in the medical field.
Dr. Rago spent 45 minutes explaining everything to me like a teacher and walked me through best path and helped me a lot by explaining options to pay for therapy. Much appreciation and respect to him and his office team from the front desk to the PA/nurses.

This is by far the best medical office you can ask for, especially when it comes to hormone replacement therapy. The front desk team are so professional and nice and they would help you with any questions in regards to your Health Insurance/out-of-pocket pay and when it comes to the Medical services analysis with Doctor Rago, That was a Superior experience. Dr. Rago, Spent around 45 minutes walking me through my blood test results line by line and explaining every little thing I needed to know for him and I to make an educated decision at the end to proceed with the needed therapy. I haven’t had a great medical experience like this one which showed great and high-quality service Like the time I spent with Dr. Rago and his great team. I have nothing but appreciation and respect to Dr. Rago And his medical assistant/nurses and front desk team. Thank you for being the missing link of passion/dedication from Our today’s medical industry.

I loved Balance Hormone Center. I got an appointment quickly. They heard what my problems were with my hormones. I got a call on the way home from my appointment from the compounding pharmacy because they called in the script that quickly. They are definitely my new Bioidentical hormone spot!

I cannot say enough great things about Balance Hormone Center! The entire staff was wonderful and welcoming. I visited the Chandler location for my labwork and the Scottsdale location for my hormone appointment. Rose and the staff at the Scottsdale location were warm and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend BHC for any hormone or other wellness needs.

I was having issues even getting a doctor to order blood tests for hormone tests, and for 2 years got the run around with gynecologists and primary care physicians. Finally I saw the stellar reviews and decided to give Balance a try. Erica Barajas was AMAZING and took the time to listen to all my symptoms and review my detailed bloodwork with me, line by line. She answered all my questions thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. I now have a menopause treatment plan and just wish I had found Balance years ago. Friendly staff, convenient facility, appointments start on time, efficient back office. A+!
