6Do NOT get a wellness plan through here. If you try to cancel it after your dog has passed they will force you to pay YOUR ENTIRE REMAINING MEMBERSHIP FEES for a DEAD DOG. This is disgusting.
We received nothing but compassionate care from this wonderful team. At first, I was very hesitant taking my pup to a chain like Banfield.
Our vet of 10 yrs retired and we struggled to find a regular vet office we could count on for honesty, professionalism, and compassion. I could not have been happier with our experience.

Dr. Sowerby and her vet tech, Saricka, are amazing! They are always so friendly, helpful, and explain things in a way that is very easy to understand. It is clear that they really care for their patients. Last year, Dr. Sowerby saved my cat’s life. One of my dogs is very anxious and they are always so patient with him. I appreciate them very much Thank you!
The person that answers the phone is rude and ignorant. Shouldn’t work at the front desk if you can’t keep your attitude to yourself looks bad.
