I love this place. I have had pets all my life and cherished the wonderful Veterinarians I have had take care of all my pets over the years. My last Veterinarian whom did a lot of work for rescues retired and I looked for another Vet. I found Vets in the North Scottsdale area have become Salesmen and upselling at all costs. Not that the pet required these services but because they had to attain their quota. My friends and Neighbors suggested I see Dr. Cotter. Dr. Cotter and the staff here are wonderful. They truly care about the pets and I feel at peace knowing that she will take good care of my dog so she's his Primary Care Vet and I am so grateful.

Dr. Kotter and staff were caring and made our visit welcoming. They handled all of our questions with patience and were knowledgeable. It's reassuring to know our canine is in good hands.

I'm really please with the moment you call the office (Chantel is great), up beat and always professional. As a fur baby mommy of two dogs sometimes as a parent you can be so over concerned. Dr Cotter and Dr. Stroek are awesome! Thank you for always updating me with my fur kids! Thanks for working hard for our community and animals. Staff is AWESOME!

The staff was nice. Seemed like I called during a busy time due to background noise and being placed on hold. They are the only place currently that have a prescription I need but I cant get the medication without their vet seeing my feline. Unfortunately that is not an extra expense I can incur. I wish the vets could communicate with each other so they know my cat has been seen by her current vet and just needs the prescription filled.

I take my cat here. Dr cotter is amazing. I had been taking my cat to the emergency vet and spending thousands with no answers. Finally, I came here and the doctor diagnosed Boo with lower urinary tract disease. Now she’s on a daily medication and perscription food. She’s doing great! & it’s all thanks to Banfield! Also, the front desk staff is lovely

Dr Cotter has cared for my dog Gypsy for years now. She caught her valley fever in enough time to cure and give my dog the best possible life, and has helped us with other chronic issues that have popped up. She never makes you feel rushed or like you are just a number. I can’t stand other Petsmart Banfields because of this reason, but Dr Cotter is truly a Diamond in the roof. The vet techs that helped as well treated my baby like their own. Everyone at this location deserves a raise and then some.

Love Banfield at McDowell Mtn AZ. Dr Cotter is so comprehensive and caring and troubleshoots difficult issues with your pet. Her empathy is room felt and I’m forever grateful people like her exist to help my dog.

I went here years ago and Jason was discrimintory and rude didn't like me cuz I was asian.

Love Dr Cotter at the McDowell Mt Ranch location. Her assistant, Sarah, knows our animals well, so when I call I am confident our fur family will be taken of. Curios to all the staff!

Dr Cotter is the kind of vet that does this job because she loves animals. You can tell she truly cares for them. She’s a total gem of a human. Baby Thor appreciates her immensely.thank you Dr. Cotter. Dr Jensen was too so very kind with Thor baby, and always so patient.she diagnosed a perianal gland adenoma and was so patient and kind with him. We appreciate you Dr. Jensen!
